Dear sir,
I have dispatched one consignment from valancherry (Kerala) through the professional courier (Pfc) on 10th may & reached pfc latur (Maharashtra) office on 17th may at 3am (Early morning). The consignment number is vcy80040014. Till today (22nd may) the consignment is hold at pfc latur office & not delivered to the consignee. On further contact with the pfc team, it was updated that the office in ambajogai (Destination city which is 60km away from latur) was closed 2 months back and will be difficult to deliver. For a 60km distance, am not understanding, why it is taking more days. Please understand that this is an urgent shipment & already 12 days passed after dispatch. Kindly request pfc to look into this seriously & deliver the material by today itself (22may2018).

I have dispatched two consignment from vellore (TN) through the professional courier (Pfc) on 5th July 2021 & reached pfc Ghaziabad office on 12th july 2021. The consignment number is VLR1763155 and VLR1763151. Till today (15th july 2021) the consignment is hold at Ghaziabad pfc office & not delivered to the consignee.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
