The Professional Couriers — Delay Delivery with Status : Party Shifted

The professional courier delivery service in Hyderabad is in a pathetic state. A courier was sent from Chennai, Tamilnadu on on 29th April 2021 and the consignment number: MAA[protected] . As per the online tracking it reached Hyderabad on 30th April 2021 and still not delivered at the address and they have updated the details as PARTY SHIFTED on 3rd May2021. I clearly mentioned the contact number in the courier but they haven't called. Moreover i checked the address through Phone call and they have confirmed that they are available in the address.
