If door is locked at least delivery person should call the person and ask whether he can deliver it to neighbor or else should attempt the delivery on the other day.

At least an sms should be sent to customer if delivery is not successful or to inform that you have attempted for delivery.

I tried calling customer call services.
Nobody picks the call. Sometime they pick but won't talk

Unprofessional behavior from professional courier

Till now i didn't get the delivery.
Please check and deliver the asap

With reference to above, captioned consignment is yet not delievered.
On telephonic inquiry it was come to know that it has been returned on 31-8-19

Before returning local branch should call once at least..

Now let me know when it will be delievered.
