[Resolved]  The Professional Couriers — no stats update/ no help from customer care

Hello,
I am writing this complaint because of the irresponsibility and carelessness by tpc (The professional couriers) i am a buyer and i purchased a product from a site and the seller sent me a receipt of shipping details for my bad luck the product was shipped through tpc on 24-nov, 2018 then when i checked the product stats on 25-nov, 2018 i found no details on their tracking site maybe! It will take some time i waited more 24 hours and later i checked on 26-nov, 2018 still no details then i tried to contact tpc hyderabad...
They said me to contact tpc delhi because they can't find any details regarding this issue so i tried to contact tpc new delhi it took me over 30 minutes to talk to an customer care ok no problem even they don't have any info about my shipment they told me to contact local tpc wazirpur i tried contacting one number was not working and one was working when i tried to contact some random person was picking up phone and saying some weird things in weird language even now i don't have any info about my product!
Very professional! Just requesting please help and don't harass your customers even you can't just update any details (Irresponsible persons)
