The Professional Couriers — Non receipt of courier

Please go through the complaint and take necessary action.
A courier no del[protected] containing some important books sent from delhi till not delivered to me. As per tracking records it is reached at thrissur on 26th may. Yesterday my daughter called to your parcel office no [protected] the response was very bad. The person attended the phone was mr peyus. Then she contacted your customer care [protected]. The respond well and called back and told it will be delivered on tomorrow (29thmay). I am sorry to say that it was not happened. Today (30th may) morning i personally called your customer care at thrissur and after enquiry they replied that the delivery man (Again the same peyus) delivered it in a different office in the same building as the addressed office was closed at 5.30pm. This is a pure lie. The addressed office t. I. M. E. Never close before 6pm. Yesterday it was closed at 6.15pm. Important matter is i am not in receipt of this courier. Please do the needful to sort out the matter. Other wise i will approach the consumer court for protecting my rights. I also request to take necessary disciplinary actions against this particular delivery man other wise his actions will spoil the image of professional courier. Your thrissur customer care office also have the same opinion. They told me lot of complains against this person.
