I have sent a courier from Bangalore to Kanyakumari. But while tracking using the given tracking id (PRO[protected] it is showing some other location which is not at all related to my location. I tried calling bangalore and mumbai office but there is no response. Please look into this matter ASAP. I sent this courier on October 30th using the pro service by paying 390 rupees

I am not able to track my courier which was couriered 3 days ago by the sender. None of the employee is answering in a proper way whereas they are playing passing the parcel call on this number call on that number this is the only thing I'm doing since past three days the courier contains my certificates I need them on high priority. Worst courier service ever!
