The Professional Couriers — Parcel missent and missing | |||
On 11th august 2020 we have booked 2 parcels (36.89 & 24.79 kg) of c/n no:-blr[protected] at the professional couriers, yelahanka old town, bangalore 560064. On 13th august 1 parcel (24.79 kg) out of 2 has arrived at the professional couriers, kochi north. We collected the arrived parcel and they informed another parcel (36.89 kg) has not yet dispatched from bangalore by showing the tracking history. We have inquired the mission road branch of professional courier at bangalore and they have no idea about this parcel. We have called the manager of yelahanka old town inquiring about the status of our package, he responded by telling it might have been misplaced or might have gone to chennai because the c/n no has not been written (Due to their sheer negligence) on the second parcel that would be the probable reason of missing. We have tried contacting the managing directors, branch managers, their customer care but none of them is responding. There are lot of valuable certificates, research papers, books in my parcel which has gone missing. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
