[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — parcel not received but website shows delivered to? some other area | |
I had sent parcel through professional courier service on 30.06.2021, bearing consignment no: MAA[protected].The track website shows the parcel is delivered but the recipient has not recieved any parcel. I have been calling the booking station- who said parcel is delivered talk to customer care, customer care is telling the same thing that parcel has been delivered and hence closed my complaint, on explaining that the parcel has not received by the recepient and probable wrong delivery, she said she will find out and after a day, on calling again, she gave a telephone number saying he is incharge of Bangalore distribution, which nobody is picking, I have been calling several times to the distributor s number but he is not picking up the phone. The customer care lady says they will not track our parcel, I have to track the parcel by talking to someone who does not even pick call. From past 1week there has been no effort to track the parcel or its delivery to the recipient from professional courier team. Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked one parcel from professional courier from Pune to Bangalore, but still I have not received till today date 29/10/21
Booking Date :19/10/21 from Pune . When I checked through online status, it is showing the Dipatched from pune courier office. No mobile number and landline number which is given in the website for Mumbai office is not working. Even I called to customer care also, they are also not responding. This is very worst service I have faced it.my all bookings go in this service first time facing such problem

No mobile number and landline number which is given in the website for Mumbai office is not working. Even I called to customer care also, they are also not responding. This is very worst service I have faced it.my all bookings go in this service first time facing such problem

No proper response from professional courier team. The parcel contains electronic goods. I need my parcel back ASAP. If not, I will file a case against professional courier .
How lethargic? How can your team deliver the parcel without checking the person's name and otp?

This Bhagalpur professional courire is very worst office and irresponsibility and negligence. No mobile number and landline number which is given in the website for Bhagalpur office is not working.
