The Professional Couriers — parcel still not received and irresponsible professional team

I am extremely unsatisfied to your service that on 03rd October I have sent my parcel(C/N:PRO[protected].8kg) on urgent basis from your Nasik Ashwini nagar branch to Toranagallu, Karnataka address and still it is not delivered and even I am not getting any updates from your websites. As this parcel is very important for me which contains 04no. Hard disks and it is PRO service.

I have very strong complaint with Mr. Ciby and Mr. Yogesh Pawar that even after inform to them they are not updating me about this and intentionally not picking my calls, my expectations is atleast they should update me status of my parcel because from website, I am not getting any status.

this is such irresponsible behaviour and response from these both Mr. Ciby and Mr. Yogesh Pawar.

I want to note here that before 03rd october, my brother went to Ashwini nagar branch on 02nd October and they told fees for this will be 550 rupees, and next day when I checked with Yogesh that he hold my parcel and not sent forward and told me that now I have to pay 950 rupees more because of weight is more and it is 2.8kg, still I agree bacause o[censored]rgency and I have sent him 950 rupees through net banking, so on 03rd october Mr. Ciby(Yogesh Manager) told me that he sent my parcle and it is on the way now.
