The Public Grievances Cell, State Bank Of India, Parliament Street New Delhi — 48 hrs have passed since a local cheque for crediting the amount, but money has not been collected

I am khaja mohiddin shaik, having sb a/c no.[protected] with your branch code no.18848. A syndicate bank ch. No.[protected] for rs.100000/- has been deposited on 17/07/2017 in the first hour with the bank for collection and crediting the amount in my a/c no.[protected]. Today, it is 19/07/2017, 1600 hrs, the amount has neither been collected nor credited to my account. On checking with the bank branch manager, some lame excuses are put forth by saying that nothing he can do, because collection and credit part is taken care of by the lho. I request the concerned official sbi to kindly look into it and resolve the issue.
