This site charged 350 rupees while actual pan card online is 107 rupees. Please DO NOT use this fraud service

I have applied for a duplicate PAN Card for my daughter since she claimed to have misplaced or lost it, through "The Pancard.com on 2.9.2021. However, after applying for the duplicate card and making payment via Credit Card of an amount of Rs. 399/- I realised that I have made payment to a fraud company who have not provided any contact phone numbers nor they respond to email provided by them on their website. The customer ID provided by them is A4095546. Apart from this I could also retrieve the misplaced card and I have not sent any documents to them for processing.

Based on the above, I requested them by email and on their site for refund of the same but so far no reply has been received to this effect. Since they have not provided any contact details I am unable to get in touch with them.

By way of this complaint I pray that the Company should be persuaded to refund my amount as I have not availed their services.

On 27th August 2021, I applied for PAN CARD for my ward Shrey Kumar & I paid the sum of amount Rs. 379/-. My PAN card application number is A4059948 applied on a month ago but till now not yet process. i need pan number urgently but your service is very very slower than NSDL & UTI. NSDL & UTI is very best.

I have applied for change of surname in my mother's pan card (A3986236) on July 20, 2021. An objection regarding incomplete proofs has been raised and asked us to UPLOAD proofs like marriage certificate or invitation card or SEND verification certificate in original, signed by gazetted officer/ MLA/ MP/ Municipal Councillor through speed post. AS WE DON'T HAVE ANY PROOFS LIKE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OR INVITATION CARD, WE HAVE SENT VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE IN ORIGINAL SIGNED BY MUNICIPAL COUNCILLOR THROUGH SPEED POST ON 20 AUG 2021. Although the current status shows as your reponse forwaded for further processing, still the same objection is being raised as incomplete proofs, every alternate day and customer care support system is not responding to our questions whether they had received the verification certificate or not any issues regarding the certificate, but sending the same objection again and again without considering our verification certificate. It has been almost 2MONTHS and our application is not sent for further submission. At least their customer care support system should respond as early as possible, and clear this issue without any further delay.

On 17th August 2021, I applied for PAN CARD for the below address & I paid the sum of amount Rs. 379/-

if it is fake Consumer forum has to take strict action for the below address.

I was sent my application on line on 09 March 2021. A hard copy of application along with concerned document was sent by post.

My Customer Code Number is -A3569772.

I had received a query during March 2021 that your father name spellings are differ on the application than your Aadhar but the same was settled through your portal on line during March 2021.

Now it is not understood that why so delay is being done to issue my new Pan Card since March 2021 to date ie; 29 Aug 2021.

Please elucidate the reason and issue me new pan card. My mobile number is [protected].

My PAN card application number is A3940010 applied on a month ago but till now not yet process. i need pan number urgently but your service is very very slower than NSDL & UTI. NSDL & UTI is very best.

It has been a month now and I haven't received my pancard, I have already paid the application amount which was 300 something, I tried to contact them but the customer service reply very slowly and the reasons for not verifying documents are very inappropriate.
I don't know how such fraud sites are live, need to block this side ASAP!

This is SIVA SAI MADHURI KONGI I was apply and posted the new pan card application on[protected]. Till the pan card not issued and delivered my postal address. so that will you please pursue and send the pan card as early as possible,

I have given all my info online so that I can get my pan card, but after filling in the details it shows I have to print the document and send it back to them, I thought it's from the government, but later someone informed me government take the only RS106 and they charged RS 397,
And on top of it, they asked me to send the form, what is the use of the online submission.

I applied for a PAN Card on last 16th July 2021.payment and documentation has done already. And I tried to contact many times but no response from this firm. And one more thing almost agents are charging below 150 for this. thepancard.com site charges is 400

I applied for my pan in april 2021 and now it is august 2021 when i am writing this complaint. My customer code is A3563465.
When I sent them my pan application through post, they updated me that my name in the application is not matching with my name in my aadhar card. So I told them that they can proceed the application as per my name in aadhar card and provided them required documents for that issue immediately.
After that there is no update from them so I tried to communicate with their customer support and they told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would process my documents and would let me know, this thing happened in june 2021 but since then I have not received any update from them.
If they are unable to process my application, I want them to withdraw it and refund me my money. I will submit another application from any other place.
I have to do a lot of things in my life for which pan is required and now I am stuck unable to do anything.

You are cheater and fraud refund my money E- Filling site are providing free Pancard for hard copy the fee is only 50 and you are charging 379. What the hell!!

I had applied for a pan card.after sending the printed application I had checked the status.it shows that sone rejection that is the uid is already existed. so the income tax officer asked me the acknowledgement number. So I need it. I had also send lots of mails but didn't get reply about it.please take any action.
