I submitted request for correction in Pan Card on 12 April to 'The Pan Card'. It has been over a month, since application is submitted, the site recommended is showing "No Records Found".
Even after multiple follow-ups, the site is not giving any update and only sharing assurances.
No update is shared / No proof of document submission is shared.
They have cheated. Need help.

I have applied for pan card address change and paid fee. Submitted application on 18/03/2019. I have urgency to file returns. Till today, i have no communication. The phone no is not responding. Status in web shows application received on 18/03/2019. No further process.
I applied through the thepancard.com, a unit of samantha communication pvt ltd on 13 oct 2016 for correction in name in Pan card...even after two months .it is not done .
i repeatedly made their attention by customer care by posting but all in vain
all relevant documents has already been submitted . it s a fraud company
please take action on it so that others will not be the victims.
this company has advertisement on google serch thats why its name appears first in google.google should take action against it and remove its name from their site. this company is total fraud

Yes, my experience is also similar, I have applied for duplicate for my damaged PAN card. After online payments, I have submitted documents and application hard copies through site. Almost one month, I am yet to get my PANcard. When i tracked it shows with held for mismatch of my father's name. But I have saved a copy of my application form which I filled up correctly. I don't know how it has been changed. I have written to their customer care several times but no one answered any of my queries. So I feel I am being cheated by this fraud agency. No one should trust this site.

I made an application for PAN card on 22/04/2017 vide Customer Code No.A1184447 and Application coupon Number is U[protected] given to me. But till date it is not issued. why? Please tell me by return mail immediately.

I have applied and paid 400 for fresh pan card, its a fake company. They dont respond and even they are running fake customer support, calls will never get connect. its been a 2 months. why no body taking an action on this company. very few ppl come to consumer forum and write the issue. most of the ppl may just left and applied again.
I have given a Zero rating for their service. They don't even deserve one star. They are totally cheaters. I have paid almost 400 rupees including courier charges. It's been a month, till now, they haven't processed anything yet. I was dumbfounded by seeing their websites in the first. For my urgency, I just applied & didn't check any review. Later I came to know that, its a fraud company. Pls, do not believe everything that appears first on google.
So I had paid 400 something to ThePanCard.com in the month of February and sent them all the required documents, and its been over 4 months now and all I get from them is one Objection "The Name in card doesn't match" Their customer support service never answers a call, their office address isn't mentioned on their site and they don't even have a google pin location. I so want to take an action against this but I am help less.
This is to inform you that i have applied through your wesbite 3 weeks before, for issue of new pan card for which i have paid the amont online, the receipt of which is with me as an record in my mail id .That on 7 august i have recieved the message regardig the recieving of the documents by your thepancard authority alocated in chennai, Tamil Nadu through my email id .that on 15 th august i have recived a mail regarding the validation of the document being completed and the status is still pending .My customer Code is A2684222.
I request you to do as per needful or either refund my amount in case of further unnecessaruy dealying.
It's fraud site I think since Aug it's ok only showing under process and nobody respond to query as well ... Pls be aware from this site... And inform your colleagues to don't use this site for Pan card A2838924
It is a Fraud Site, i have also applied for Pan Card of my child Complain no A2586830, after 2-3 communication i wanted for refund, they have not credited refund.Please do not apply through thepancard.
This is a fake site guys.Pease don't do any transaction on this site. They will not respond after making the payment. They will not even refund the amount whatever you have paid to them. PLEASE FILE SOME POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM OTHERWISE THEY WILL DO FRAUD WITH EVERYONE.
On 27.11.20 I applied for a New Pan Card by transferring ₹379/- online to thepancard.com chennai. Till the date I have not received any response. Kindly inform me Application Acknowledgement Number with out further delay. Instead of transferring ₹106.90p only, I transferred the amount just to expedite the matter. I sincerely regret the delay.

I have applied a fresh PaaN for my son. They collected the amount of Rs.399. After ten clear days completed they. Contact me through a mail stating to correct something. That day itself i corrected and sent a printed copy. Now fifteen days COMPLETED, no response from there. I phoned more than 10 times to the number they given in the website it rings only once. I sent mail to submit my application to the concern office. No reply from there. I also requested them to refund my amount. They never reply. Their main aim is only collecting amount. I am cheated by them. So my humble request to the public don't apply pAN card through this fake website.

Provided my information and all to this fraud site too. Even paid 700 something for the PAN Card. Waited for 2 months and came across this consumer complaint site. Don’t ever fall into their trap.
I am one like you. Paid online and the company has no contact on site. Never received any confirmation email.
And not to forget we all have submitted our Bank credit/debit card info along with identity proofs which can be misused.
Requesting all to collect for joint action. IT IS MUST.
Can some one take the first step and share your email mob no so we all can start coming together.
