If you are unable to provide a duplicate of my lost PAN card, I may contact another authority.

I have been applying for a PAN card for 3 months and I have not received any response from you so far and I am not impressed with you. Either give me a PAN card as soon as possible or refund my money

    I had provided all details and paid money for the update of my pan card and itts been over three months with no update and after reading many complaints i have realized that this is a scam also noticed that it has been running since 2016 and its already 2021, i am dissapointed to see that this is still running, please take valid action.

      25th Morning I try to update my PAN card information through Mypan card.com site unfortunately after deducting amount of Rs.399.00 website blank, after that I didn't get any customer code number or email, whom I can contact for this issue, Just I wanted to update my surname. all Adhar details updated but before uploading supporting documents website cant show anything.

          I have applied for a pancard through thepancard.com on January.it tooks 3month but no response.i have paid 379/- and they did not give any information till this date. i want my money back. It is very urgent please help me.i want to apply for a new pancard so plz refund my money.

              My customer code is A3455081. I have applied my pan on February 8th. Today is March 25th. That means today is 46th day. Still I haven't received my pan card. Atleast you had to allot me my pan number through email if not a physical card. And customer support reply is very late. You take 5 to 6 days to reply a message on customer support. I need my pan card asap.

                My Application Customer Code:A3518133 .It's about 1 month to be completed and yet not received my pan Card. I send my request many times but not get a reply from pancard.com. I really frustrated that time.

                Can anyone suggest to me how to take hard action against thepancard.com. In need my money back and people can aware of their irresponsible behavior and fraud.

                  Thepancard.com is a fraud, as he took the money for the pan card service, and even after 6 months i dint receive the pan card and even the support person is not reverting back to my queries. This is the worst service, we all should complain to the governmental entity to close such fraud companies. My id is Customer Code: A2961479

                    I had sent my proof xerox copies to the company for PAN card details update. I sent all the proofs on January 31st 2021.They acknowledged that they received all the document xerox on february 1 2021.I paid Rs.399 as charges for the service. They gave me a consumer code:A3415676. And I tried to reach out them but they didn't respond to me properly.It has already been more than 50 days.I need a refund.

                      I applied my new pancard 1month back and still now these cheaters didn't submit to the authorities everytime i check my status i can see only validated since 1month it is being same no changes u ### cheaters send my pancard or else refund my money don't play with us u ### how long should we wait for the pancard and we paid 400rps and in other sites they are charging only 100 rps to apply pancard u cheaters heck u

                        I paid Rs 399 on the website www.thepancard.com for the correction on my Pan Card. After the payment I didn't received no email nor text confirming my application neither I got any ID to login on to their website to track the status of my application. On their contact us page on their website it ask for login to see their customer support phone number. When I am trying to login by putting my phone number their website notify an error they are currently facing and try again later. This website is owned by the company called Samanta Communication Private Limited. I tried to visit it's website but it's showing that it's under construction. When I google about Samanta Communication the internet is flooded with their scams. This company is running a Google Ad to attrack the customer on their website for Pan Card and taking money but in return they are not providing any service. Kindly stay away from this company.

                          I was looking for the correction in my PAN and when I went through google, thepancard.com came on first rank and I didn't notice that this is private firm. I thought this is govt site because domain name is like that. I applied through this site on 11th of Jan and my application was received by them on 18th of Jan 2021. After 20 days they say there is one objection Even I have submitted all documents like Adhar, Duplicate PAN copy, Passport, Education certificates etc but still same query is coming. I want to say that they have not given any contact number on site so you can not even call them. You can only ask online and reply comes after many days. All reply is same as copy paste. It is totally fake company and I would request to google, please block this site on your platform. many people are being cheated continuously. Do not apply through this site. totally cheat company.

                            I have applied for the pan card from 2 months.Since then i received the objection and i submitted the documents there in.Since then no reply.Tried contacted them for like 10-15 times through mail and customer support since no reply..Highly disappointed. My query no a3383226
                            After paying the sum of rs.400 still no reply...Such a fraud company I must say..

                                I have place the order for my pan card name change on 30th Dec 2020. on dt 7th jan 2021 thepancard.com office received my physical form.Since then i'm continuously taking follow up for my pan card but no reply from them.They raise query in my application i did solved that.Now it has been 2 & 1/2 months passed still no reply from them or not receive my pan card.So many time i asked for phone no to talked but they don't give no or not bother to reply our messages.
                                they take rs 300 for online process for pan card.

                                    Applied for PAN Card on Feb 11th 2021, along with the fee and required documents and also posted them. Got a mail from them asking for uploading of Aadhar as the photo on the copy was not clear 25th of Feb 2021 uploaded the copy. Till date no reapply, yesterday sent a mail from their contact us - after which tried to check the status the display shows that there is an unexpected error. PAN Card is given in a short period without any fee from efiling site of income tax. Don’t fall into this scam steers trap as you are submitting your details to them forget about the money you are paying.

                                      I had applied for my grandmother's pancard on 4th Feb 2021. It has been more than a month and application is verified and is not submitted. I don't know why they are taking so much time to submit my application. I think its a fraud website.
