I had applied for updation in my pan card through Thepancard.com on 23rd FEB, 2021 and made payment of Rs. 500. My Application Customer Code: A3520234.Thereafter I couriered my application on the given address. My application was received on 3rd March, 2021 by Thepancard.com and they raised an objection on validation of the application which was a bias one.

It's almost 27 days since the verification was on hold i was keeping on checking now they removed my application from their portal and showing HTTP error . Despite leaving various queries on their customer support they only respond with- "We apologize for the delay due to short staff and huge pile up of applications because of the crisis prevailed in our country. We are clearing the application ASAP. We are escalating your case to expedite on priority. In case of any queries we will intimate you through web call or send a query message.".

You can only get in touch with them through their customer support. There is no contact number or email given.

I request a refund of the payment made and action be taken on the extreme delay of service.

In need my money back and people can aware of their irresponsible behavior and fraud.

    I applied through the thepancard.com, a unit of samantha communication pvt ltd on 13 oct 2016 for correction in name in Pan card...even after 27 days .it is not done .

    i repeatedly made their attention by customer care by posting but all in vain
    all relevant documents has already been submitted . it s a fraud company
    please take action on it so that others will not be the victims.
    this company has advertisement on google serch thats why its name appears first in google.google should take action against it and remove its name from their site. this company is total fraud

      I had applied for a pan card through the website of thepancard.com about a month ago and still haven't received it. I have paid a fees of rs 389. They are not answering my queries and the status of my application is stuck at verification. Pls. help me as I urgently need the pan card. My member ID is A3351254.

        Website: thepancard.com

        It is a fake website which claims to apply for pan card. I have paid money and what i get at the end is form 49A, which i should get printed and apply by post. This form is freely available in internet. They charged 379/-. Please block this site before they cheat more people

          It's been more than 2 months and I have not received a single message from their customer support,
          regarding my application.
          This is fraud website, they're making a fool out of the citizens of India,
          They don't even provide information about the pan card receiving date.
          They don't even bother to contact me,
          Strict action should be taken against this website.. I even messaged them to give my refund of Rs380
          My customer ID is A3390149
          Because of them I'm not getting Salary as I can't make a bank account without pan card.
          This is my fourth complain against this website.
          Can anyone incharge please take necessary action against this website

            I have made the online payment and sent all the required documents on the address mentioned on the website of thepancard.com on 13 feb. 2021. Few days later I checked the website to find out the status of my application, its showing that it has been received and validated. After that there has been no response from the team The Pan Card.com, i tried to contact through the only option available i.e. member service customer support where you can only send a message to them, but still no response. Please help me, what to do, I'm afraid that they will misuse my documents as it seems the company and website is fake.

                My Application Customer Code: A3518133. It's about 1 month to be completed and yet not received my pan Card. I send my request many times but not get a reply from pancard.com. I really frustrated that time.

                Can anyone suggest to me how to take hard action against thepancard.com. In need my money back and people can aware of their irresponsible behavior and fraud.

                  I had applied for my pancard online on thepancard.com but it has been more than a month since I have applied but there is no progress in my application status. My customer code is A3438691. They charged 230 rupees convinience charge on a total fee of 379 but they themselves are causing much inconvenience. A total fraud website they don't have any call number or an email id there's only a chat support on which they never reply.

                    I had applied for my pan card more in January. I got fooled by the reviews they had put on their site and trusted them with the process of getting my pan card ready. The first misleading thing they did was not put down in the steps about all the documents they required. After they received my post, my application was updated on the site. However, a week later they asked me to submit one more document online. After a week as soon as I logged in to see the update on my pancard, I saw the request and I uploaded my document right away. This was uploaded in February and since then I have been messaging them asking for updates as they have not provided a customer care number anywhere on their site or even on the internet. They sent me an automated reply on the 2nd of March after which again I have sent numerous messages and complains asking for an update but I have not received any reply to my messages. I have asked for a refund of my money now which was paid online in January. Today, I tried to write a review against them on their site, but evidently they have not given that option to genuine customers. Thereafter, I finally turned to other sites where I read how many people have faced the exact same ordeal with their company. None of them have got a refund from the company. I needed my pan card urgently due to a policy requirement and now because of my trust in their company, I have not been able to do it till now. I would like to get help for my case as I feel they are scamming people and taking money from them without delivering what they promise. No customer should face this situation as when a normal individual tries to apply for a pan card online, their site pops up in the first and it might mislead many others just like me. I am very disappointed and would never trust any online site like this again.

                        Have applied Pancard through thepancard.com on 23rd Feb 2021. There was something happening till 4th March 2021. 4th March the verification completed but after that there is no further progress. As per website, the application still not submitted to the concerned authorities.

                            I have applied for DOB correction in my pancard online through thepancard.com they took 399 then they asked to courier the documents i paid for that. They received my documents of 22nd February and after that there is no update on their website. And they have only given me a costumer code A3486454

                            Please help to get it resolved

                                First of all they don't have any real customer support.
                                They don't have any numbers where we can call.
                                I was only able to chat via website, and they don't reply there too.
                                There's no mode for refunding.
                                I need my pan card.

                                    I had ordered a Pancard around July last year but I still haven't received my Pancard. They ask for documents time and again and whenever I submit a document, they ask for a new thing. I have tried asking them so many times but they say that we'll send it. I need my Pancard for my bank account and job since I'm in a bad financial situation. Please help me out. My customer code is A2736307.

                                      Even after many complaints, this fraud company people didn’t give back money.                                         Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        I have submitted my application on 28th of Jan.
                                        I have complained earlier regarding the customer support being unresponsive.
                                        My customer code is A3390146.
                                        They only responded with "Your application will be submitted shortly",
                                        despite it being validated on the month of feb.
                                        I'm really disheartened by the service,
                                        As I'm not able to get my Salary because of this delay
                                        I request you to please look into this matter, as it's a serious issue.
