I am Satish, I Have applied reprinting of PAN card on dated 18-Aug-2020 with application no. A2819590.Online status shows validation process completed and form not yet submitted.
Almost of 6 month had gone I have not yet received my pan card.
I am trying to get in touch with customer support (automated message box) but no response.
kindly solve my problem

Don't even think about using this company its been 2 weeks and nothing from them. There is noway to contact them. No number on their website. After the automated emails therebos zero way of reaching them. If you have paid them by mistake and want your money back then raise a dispute on the payment with your credit card bank. No other way to get it back

This is Diksha Tuteja. I have applied for a new pancard on their website on 02.01.2021 and paid amount of Rs 379 through my SBI debit card. My customer code A3298101. And sent the required documents of mine through post which have been received by them. But still, there is no update from their side . So, I have made no. of request to make it as early as possible but till date no further step has been taken by them. They are just delaying it unnecessarily and every time they just respond by saying they will do it shortly. Whereas, I'm in urgent need of my PAN Card and thus time if I won't get my Pan card within few days will definitely approach an appropriate forum.

I placed the order for pancard on 18th december 2020 its 28 january 2021 still my pancard documents has not been submitted with the authorities and no one from customer care support is responding and not even to the mails. The validation of documents by thepancard.com was completed on 2nd january and till now they have not submitted the documents

I have apply for Pan Card on[protected] and my application was revalidated on[protected]. Only message received by customer support that your application will be forwarded to authority soon. Still I have not received my pan card, its urgent to me but no action taken.
My custormer code is A3175054.

I registered my details for a new pan card and even paid the charges for registration. They have my personal details and money

I have applied through this portal on 25 Dec 2020. My Customer code generated by them is A3242042. Today after one month the status of application will be sent to authority shortly. Which is unbearable. It's very urgent for me to have pan number. Please do needful.

My customer I'd is Customer Code: A2765088, these people are not submitting my application for several months, it is complete waste of time and not even responding to my queries, I have paid money for service a nd courier it is complete waste of time and money please take action on these frodulent sites I thought it was a government site.

I placed an order for 2 PAN cards thru Thepancard.com on 15th DEC, 2020 and 16th Dec, 2020. Customer Code: A3201423 and A3205616. I paid 379*2 for both the orders and the Form 49A via Speed post.

Its been a more than a month and they even bother to reply back to queries. If you query something they will reply like a robotic way which is out of box. Looks like the customer care doesn't understand English.

The convenience fee is too high INR 256, which is 200% more than of a PAN card fee. If the convenience fee is high then the customer service should super fast. But it's other way around. I guess all the reviews on site were fake and the site itself is fake. I never seen such a sick and worst customer service.

During this wait period I applied for instant pan cards online. I got them in 10 mins. So I don't need your costly and stupid service anymore. Request you to please cancel both my applications and refund my money back.

Very unfortunate that even after clearing all objections no progress in my pan card application status.I am really incurring financial loss due to this and for sure I'll take up this matter with Priministers GRIEVANCE Redressal forum if this continues like this.I found so many people facing similar issues and the promoters or responsible people not responding.Stop cheating Indians through these fake web sites

This is Gomati Goswami. I have applied for my new pan card 1month ago on 20 December 2020.
My reference/ consumer code is A3227282. I have paid Rs.379 as well as I have submitted all documents on the same day itself through SPEED POST on the directed address. They received the asked documents by 29 December 2020.

I still wait for my pan card. I was trying to contact customer service but no one is giving any proper effective response.
I don’t know where is the problem. I don’t know probably this site is fake. if these kinds of fraud people are there then how will India improve.

As shown in screenshot- validation was completed on 02 January 2021, but it's highly irritating that for more than 20 days prolongation, still Submission to concerned authorities has not been done.

It's pathetic to see such cheating

we had paid convenience fees also
but it's causing a lot of inconveniences.

In pancard.com they are not submitting my application to the authority and not giving refund and not replying in customer service my customer ID is A3224960 please give me my refund or resolve this issue i got this as a Google ad my friends got theirs done for 200 and i paid 379 i will send receipt it's been a month either i want my pancard or refund

My application validation is completed on 2nd jan 2021 ..customer code is A3220184. .. I need pancard in my bank . due to the demand of bank ..I applied for pancard ..otherwise my account will be temporarily disable ..

Im boddu kamalabai customer code A3148298 .I have applied for pan on 2 dec2020 and done payment of rs375₹ and I have posted the printed application with all documents on 12 dec it have recieved by pan india company on 16 dec till now there is no response from.them from dec 25 when ever I open the website and if I ask customer support there is only one answer ur application validated and have to submit higher authorities in short period its more than 20 days and on 11jan 2021 till today 20 jan again I have asked customer support there. Is no reply from them if I check the status same status its showing that application validated . very worst service pan india shame on ur company. Fraud and fake company . im going to appeal a case on consumer court cheater website

This is a fraud site. They have collected Rs 399 for correction in the PAN Card in the month of November 2020. Though l have submitted all the documents they kept on asking for the same documents again and again without processing the application further for more than 2 months.
So this type of websites should be banned and the owner should be punished simply for cheating people and collecting money.

Thepancard.com is a fake website. They are taking 399 rs for updating pan while charge is 107rs only. They take all docs and there is no cust care number and they don, t reply any message. My cust code is A3158505. I have submitted all my docs around 10 dec 2020. Still i did not get any reply from thepancard.com

Never apply thru Thepancard.com site for pan card. People are getting cheated and the government is not taking any action. When ever you want to apply for pan card online in google, this site comes first.
I have not received pan card and lost money by applying thru thepancard. com site. Beware of this fraudulent site. Please complain to cyber crime centre. Their office is in Chennai.

Please go to the original website who ever qish to apply pan card.
