Hi,

I applied for a new PAN card in thepancard.com website and made payment on 25-Jan-21 (application number - A3394348) online. As per the website application validated on 08-Feb-21 but no further update received after that in spite of several reminders.

Requesting, to update cyber cell on the same to block such website immediately otherwise they will keep fooling the people. Currently the website is appearing on the top when we search for apply PAN card application.

I apply my friend pan in the pancard. apply date is 19 Jan 2021 and document is also submit after not messages or gmail for status showing please refund my money 379.

My Application No is A2656299. I have applied for My after marriage name changing in PAN on pancard.com on 24 June and documents received them by on 22 July in which i have provided My Application form, PAN, old Aadhaar, Gazette certificate, Affidavit for name change, Marriage Invitation Card copy. On September they raised query and I have submitted my New Aadhaar card with new name. But still they are raising same queries again and again. On 3rd December i have submitted my husband’s passport too But again there are raising queries and till date no progress.
There is no customer support team. We get reply on mails after 1-2 months. and after 8 months of Application I got call on 16 Feb that they want my original marriage invitation card, Which I have send my courier very next day. Wasted my money and time both. It’s better that I should applied on NSDL portal, which is really genuine.

I applied for a new PAN card in thepancard.com website and made payment on 19-Dec-20 for my two sons (application number - A3222665, A3222767). Also paid the fees online. Its been more than 2 months from the date i registered.

Please take actions on this site.

Requesting, Govt to take action on such fake sites.

I submitted my Pan Card in January 2021 with all necessary documents. I paid Rs.385 as well. But till date I haven't received my pan card. This website is a fraud website. Please don't trust it. Should I apply directly from the website of Income Tax department?

I have applied for PAN card A3164364 on 07-Dec-2020 and they received the document on[protected] as per web site the validation was completed on[protected] but there is no further update. Also, I try to search for customer care numbers but there is no contact number mention on web site. Have also drop a mail and send a message from customer support but no reply. It is taking too long.

I hv applied a PAN on[protected] and couriered all related documents, but till date there is no response from them, I hv paid Rs.379/-.

I don't know how the Delhi govt. allows these types of Fraud & Fake sites for the most confidential work.

May be ThePanCard.Com bribed the higher authorities.

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I have applied for pan card on 24th of January and paid Rs.379 through SBI ATM card. My customer Code is A3390146.
They received my application via speed post on 25th of January. Now, when I'm tracking the status, it's showing that my application is still being validated and moreover they are not responding to any of my complains.I urgently need my pan card in order to open a salary account.
I request you to please look into this matter.

I have submitted application fr correction of name n pan card via thepancard.com . There is no response frm the company evn after 40 days. There is no contact no and the status of application is under validation for past 1 month . Customer support is not responding and am afraid it's a fake 1 . Pls ban the website .

I have applying for correction for my PAN card and from almost 1month its shows only one status its on processing now i realized this site is fake

PANCARD.com is fraud company and providing fake charges for PAN card.

I had applied for my new pan card through Thepancard.com on 15th November, 2020 and made payment of Rs. 379. Thereafter I couriered my application on the given address. My application was received on 27th November, 2020 by Thepancard.com and the validation of the application was done by 17th December, 2020.

It's almost 2 months since the verification was done and over 2 month since I placed the order they have not submitted the application to the authorities. Despite leaving various queries on their customer support they only respond with- "Please note that we will be submitting the application to the pan authorities shortly".

You can only get in touch with them through their customer support. There is no contact number or email given.

I request a refund of the payment made and action be taken on the extreme delay of service.

I applied address correction in my Existing PAN card through Thepancard.com before 2 months. After so many followup through their customer support but still i am not got any update from their end.

This is udayan.I have applied for a new pancard on your website on 25 Jan 2020 and paid amount of Rs 379 through UPI to thepancard.com. My customer code A3394801. And sent the required documents of mine through post. but still now there is no update from your side . So, make it as early as possible and consider this as my request.

Dear team,
I am venupriya. I have applied to new pan card 17 days ago my reference is A3334897 . I have paid as well as i have submitted all documents and i still wail for my pan card. I was trying to contact customer service but no one is giving any response.
I don’t know where is the problem. I don’t know probably this site is fake.

I have applied for my daughter's pancard for more than one month ago, but still i do not get any response.

My file number is A3265217.

Since my daughter become major, to open bank account i applied fror new pan card in the website thepancard.com. however even after more than a month i have not received any pancard and website not responding the querries. There is no phone no or address of the company and Google has colluded with the company to chit the pepole. Kindly take neccessary action to punish and close the website.

I was applied my Application on more than 25 days but No response on my application and still date my application was Objection (16/01/2021 to still date ) . I need Explanation and which date I will receive PAN Card
