I am totally frustated with the byjus experience. I see absolute lack of integrity from the sales team @ byju. I have been following up with them since march since i subscribed to the learning app. I got the package for my son who is in class 4 which was supposed to have a validity till class 10 as was the condition. On receipt i saw the validity was only for a few months. I had asked them to cancel the order on day 1 of receipt as this was supposed to be in the free view period for first month and refund the money. I am still following up for the last 5 months for both the content and the validity. Few calls happened but no one addresses, does not even escalate or connect with the higher authorities for a resolution. And no interest in customer concerns. Very very poor organization and lack of integrity
