Dear byju’s team,
This is my continued 5th reminder mail to you to collect/pickup your course material/device (7”leveno tablet) from my home.
As per your last mail (Confirmation of cancellation of course), you had confirmed to send your counsellor (Noida branch) to pick the device but as of today no one has came to collect. And non of the communi-cation/ reply has been rcvd from byju’s after my last 4-5 mails.
Kindly do the needful and close this topic.

During the counselling, mr vikas has assured me that cancellation process is very friendly and clearly transparent without any question if not suits to client. Now it is going something wrong guidance and communications with us.
This my humble request to you, please keep on your words and close this issue on top priority as cancellation has been already acceptable, pick your device asap.

The suggested course as below which i was thinking will be beneficial for my kid, parini jindal, not worked out. So i don’t want to be continued the same. Kindly cancel the course and it’s further continuation. Please do refund of charges if any and collect your device parcel from my registered address as soon as possible. All documents/loan agreement related to course will be canceled with this mail info.
