Dear mr. Byjus,
I had a big integrity issue with byjus program, where i had enrolled my kids a week back. My daughter was enrolled for a package for classes 6-8.
To start with the sales & marketing team, gave the following incorrect information at the time of sale, which was clarified as incorrect and not as per the company or program policies, post enrollment:
1. Mentor sessions shall be hosted in skype at a calls notice as and when a student has a doubt, within a window of 11 am to 11 pm, however the mentor told us that the window available is till 8 pm. Not sure if the skype sessions is a true fact, didn't get a chance to try it as of now.
2. It was told that few references of parents from. Other schools (Same curriculum/same class) shall be provided to understand the feedback of similar parents on the experience they are facing. However, later it was communicated that it shall not be possible.

The box sent to us, was broken. All seals were broken. Both of the byjus box as well as the tab inside. As soon as i received it, i spoke with the mentor, madhumanti mandal, and she said it is because they had inserted the sd card of class 6 inside.
However, there was no explanation when i asked why would the external box seal be broken. Further, the external box clearly indicated that the box has been ripped apart, by some unprofessional way, definitely not from byjus. Next, after checking video in youtube on unboxing byjus, realized that box didn't have one of the badge. Finally, when we opened the tab, we realized the tab has been enrolled under a different child's name. I have taken a note of the phone no. Of the prior child for which the product was registered against as well.
I had reported the issues over to customer care and mentor, and no one ever calls, even though they promised everytime that some one shall call us back. To end with they said, logistics team has closed the ticket considering we have received the box.
Am really skeptical about the program, as if this is how you work with customer within the 1st 5 days of the enrollment, what shall happen after 8 months after the entire payment has been made.
I have decided to quit and shall share the feedback to all possible review forum.
Good luck mr. Byjus, hope you take these feedback seriously and take some necessary actions, to ensure company reputation.
