This is worst service I had in my life time I booked one ticket from trichy to chennai on 14/Sep/2016 amount is 555
I am new to trichy the boarding place was far away from my location and that was also no clear I had to pay 120 for auto and after reaching there I received msg stating that my ticket has been cancelled without my knowledge I was waiting for almost one hour and had know choice in that remote location
I fought with the different bus driver and took a seat next to the driver to catch that bus I paid again 120 because that was different location

And paid 600 to that bus all because o[censored]r worst services
Ticket Goose customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I was waiting at the corresponding boarding point from 11:00 pm to 2:30 am, none of the kpn travels came, doesn't received prior intimation on travels cancellation, felt much irritated, I Booked ticket on 3-Dec, contacted customer care executive more than four times in these days, no proper reply and amount not refunded yet, PNR: TGUYNL7XHMG
    I have booked a ticket from new delhi to agra.
    I have confirmed ticket but tt has alloted to someone else without any provaocation.
    Kindly verify and ask tt to allot it to right person.

      Ticket ID:TGGYDYSWZ7H, Parveen Travels. Booked till villupuram, but driver dint stop in villupuram bus stand, but dropped 10KM away from my bus stand. I tried calling ticket goose at 3AM, but unable reach, but no response from Parveen travels [protected] as mentioned in ticket but that guy also dint respond properly asked me to call from where did you booked. I waited from 3AM to 6AM in a middle of a road . Worst ever travel in my life... Thanks for all ... Goodbye...

            It was a pathetic situation last night for my brother and me, as the bus operator has switched off the mobile and customer support did tell we will track and call back. They havent, I called 2 times. PNR - TGE7AL62943ANBU TRAVELS - CHENNAI TO THANJAVUR, travel date 13/7I was waiting there till 1am this morning, called customer support to atleast know if we have missed the bus or is the bus still on route.. No response. Bitter experience and wont be going forward try booking in ticketgoose. Why???? because you ppl never validate if this guy has his mobile number switched on. Till now its switched off, then why you ppl give this number to us to contact someone.

But after making the payment, error message received the transaction failures but the ticket amount Rupees 714 debited from my credit card and not received any reference number Kindly check and refund the amount Asap Already Ticket raised with Ticketgoose but no responses so far, they are not supporting Service request No: 2725118 Please contact me at [protected]

                Rs 1377 was deducted but the ticket was not booked.
                and Ive been trying to reach your god damn customer care for sucha long time and no one answers .
                rebook the tickets or refund my money immediately.

                  I booked a lady seat for my friend to travel to pattukottai on 31/05/2014 at 11.00 pm at Tambaram. To mention first, Bus came at 12:05 and the Bus was Not Sudha travels. It read as Mariya travels. There were many people sitting near the driver and it was crowded. To mention about the Bus, it was as worst than a Normal Bus. Seats were damaged and there was no Push-back even. Attendant had a sheet in which my friend name was there- “Elavarasi Seat No:30″ It was not the one we booked and still he made us wait for around 20 minutes without a reason. He said that there are Multiple bookings for the same seat. There were also another guy waiting for boarding and same is the case. I tried calling the numbers [protected], 42128107 which were provided in the Ticket and there was no response from the other end. I called Ticket goose and they inquired whether I tried calling the Contacts provided and they said that they will get back with the details from the Operator. There was no response from Ticket goose then. So i shouted the attendant and they asked me to send the girl in. She went in and through window she sighed me to come in. I went inside and i was shocked. She was asked to sit near a guy who had his shirt buttons opened literally and looked like a rogue. I was pissed and shouted at the attendant. There was a family in the parallel seat and the guy from family was asked to sit in seat no 30 and my friend was made to sit near the lady. To note that, the family were carrying a small baby and so it was a disturbance to all. When i got down, the other guy with similar problem was still standing on road. Bus left and i called Ticket goose and explained all these and told to lodge a complaint. Representative replied saying that, “i have taken a complaint and this will be mailed to your mail ID immediately. As tomorrow is Sunday(01 June 2014), you will receive a response by Monday evening on the action taken. Its Not Over yet!!! When the bus reached the next stop- Perungalathur, she was asked to get down at 12.40 night and changed to another bus(which is not Sudha travels again), where she was provided a different seat. And the condition of the bus is no different from the one she boarded first. It’s been 5 days and i still dint receive a mail stating that my complaint has been registered or any response from Ticket goose. This is the worst travel experience. Do you really inquire and validate about the travels, if new agents register? Is this the safety provided for a girl by making her wait for 40 minutes after the Bus has turned in? Do lady seat really meant for girl and safety? If no, then why such an option in your bookings? If i hadn’t been with the girl there and shouted, what response would the attendant have given? Why there is a customer service option, if there is no response? What’s the status of my complaint now?(only God Knows)

                    Hi Sir/Madam, We had booked 2 tickets on 30th May 2014 from Chennai to Sivakasi in Parveen Travels and the boarding point was at 08 : 55 p.m in, Porur, Chennai ( Near Nandhini Sweets). Bus failed to pick us from the boarding point and the response from the bus operators was poor and they justified that there is no pick up point in Porur, Chennai (Near Nandhini Sweets) Please find attached the ticket for your reference.                         I had booked my Mum-Bangalore-Mum Ticket for Onward journey on 17 May 2014 & return on 18 May 2014 via Redbus in S.R.E Travels. I learnt from Bus driver at the time on boarding for onward Bus that my ticket is not confirmed and hence I cannot board the bus. Later, I spoke to Redbus representative and they informed that I will get full refund for my Onward Journey Ticket and for my return journey ticket I will get 50% and 50% cancellation fees even the same will get refunded after I send email to [protected]@redbus.in. To my surprise, I got message on 18th May for my return Ticket. And when I spoke to redbus representative today morning again, I learnt that both my tickets are still not cancelled. This has been a frustrating experience. Would appreciate if you can help me resolve this issue.

                          I have cancelled a ticket having PNR No. GE4SP66560 . Even after calling customercare for 3 times, I have still not the email for the refund details of my cancelled ticket. Every time, the customer care person will say that they have sent the email to my registered email id. I amf ed up with this behaviour of TicketGoose. I request everyone never to use this website unless Ticketgoose become more professional.

                            Order No.TGE4NN37653 Booked a ticket from hyderabad to ponnur (Kaveri Travels)for 23rd April, 2014. After making the payment, I got an error on page saying transaction has been failed. However the amount was debited from my bank account. "Oops... Unable to confirm your ticket with the operator. Please wait, Our Customer support will call you in 10 minutes for assistance or call us @[protected] !!!" The above error was displayed on page. I got a call from the Ticket Goose customer care next day after making the transaction but before I could tell them the problem that I was facing, the call got disconnected and they never called back. Moreover no one answered the call at the 24*7 Customer Support no: [protected]. i repeatedly keeping mails, making calls but no response.

                                I tried book a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Nellore, amount was deducted from my SBI account. I got a error message "Oops... Unable to confirm your ticket with the operator. Please wait, Our Customer support will call you in 10 minutes for assistance or call us @[protected] !!! " . Your Reference Number : TGE4HL02487 Nobody called us and we booked ticket in another website. When called customer service (worst customer service - need to wait 5 min holding ) next day, one executive told that your ticket generated, we cannot refund amount. Is anybody listening this complaint !!! We generally book from other websites and we tried 1st time ticketgoose...we decided never book again in ticketgoose..worst service!!!
                                Even I'm facing with similar problem. It's better to drop an email to [protected]@ticketgoose.com. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

                                  Booked a bus ticket online on the Ticket Goose site from Delhi to Rishikesh AC PNR TGCBQI32546 - when we reached the given address of the travel agent - Travel Point, Jamuna Bazar, Red Fort, he directed us to another agent - who inturn refused to take us as he said the bus had been cancelled. Instead he asked us to get into another bus which was small 16 seater (while booking it was described as a deluxe AC bus) and dirty - with only the last seat available. The phone number of the operator was not on as they said he was in a marriage party. The Japanese national we were travelling with had no option but to cancel the trip. Very shady. Money not refunded yet.

                                    ticketgoose — selling black tickets

                                    i have been booked online ticket through ticket goose saying that 2+2 hitech air bus at the rate of 560 rs
                                    april 4th madurai to chennai night 9.30 . When i enquired abt the real rate ofor that bus ticket is just Rs.325 .But ticket goose did cheat everyone by putting us in bad bus and demanding more rate

                                      If we try to book an bus ticket in ticketgoose website who is an travel agent ,we are getting transaction failue still they debit the amount from our debit card unnecesarily,if we call and complaint they are not responding

                                      Similar cases are occuring day by day. I tried booking a ticket today (28-May) from "Chalakudi" to "Bangalore" for which travel day is a Thursday (31-May-2012). I selected a BUS for which 20 seats were showing available in TicketGoose(Sona Travels). However, my ticket did not got confirmed but money got debited from my account. Now, when I call the custmer care, they told me that NO seats are available for the selected bus and is full. So they will refund my Money by 7 working days!!! What a cheating!!! Everyone knows that weekdays (Mon-Thu) NO bus is full from Ernakulam to Bangalore. Also even if you chk at this point of time, thier website is showing 20 seats availability for the same bus!!! So this guys are clear cheaters. They do rolling with our money by holding it for few days in thier account. DON'T EVER BOOK WITH TICKET GOOSE!!!
