    Ind vs aus 24th sept. 2017 tickets are not being booked as the link can't be opened. It showed server error. When will the sale be resumed and why does this happen on your website only. Very disappointing performance from your side. You should transfer this job to bookmyshow. They are much better than you. It's always been the worst experience on your website.

      We were told that the tickets of india vs australia 3rd odi to be held on 24/09/2017 will be made available online on 15/09/2017 @ 11.00am.
      Indians especially indoris are too fond of cricket, we and many more families arranged the laptops, cards and stuffs by 10.30, eagerly waiting for 11.00am, what happens is pure crap, the site crashes and their reply are epic.

              I, santu mondal have booked 4 tickets for kolkata - mumbai match on 05/10/2016 for the scheduled date 25/10/2016 for rs. 1633. But the status of my transaction is failed but amount has also been deducted from my account. Transaction no...[protected] and merchant transaction id is... K[protected]. I have provided all the requisite information including bank account statement for refunding the amount as per the organisation's instruction. But till date i have not been refunded or any assurance of getting the same though they accepted the amount as per their booking details summery they sent to me. Hoping your prompt action in this regard.

                Please provide me the conformation mail for the above.

                I got the following message on on 3.08 pm today for first booking:

                Please help me out.Please reply atleast. And please do reply fast

                  With due respect i beg to state that i bought two ipl tickets online for kkr vs srh match which is going to be held in kolkata on 22may, 2016 from 4 pm. I bought the tickets approximately over a month ago. And i also booked for courier delivery against my booking. But the tickets have not been delivered to the given address till the date. There is only nine days for the match, but i haven't received my tickets.

                  I, therefore, request you to consider the matter with grave attention and to resolve my anxiety as soon as possible.

                    I have booked 3 Tickets for IPL KKR vs Rising Pune Supergiants match on 25th Apr'16 & paid extra 90 rupess for the courier services (Ref no[protected], using iplt20.com through www.ticketgenie.in. Though It claims the ticket to be delivered thru courier within stipulated timeline. But after more than two weeks I have not recieved the tickets.What should I do for this.

                    I had booked a ticket for the India Vs England 3rd T20 match to be held at Chinnaswamy Stadium.

                    After having booked and received a confirmation email, now they are saying tickets are sold out.

                    Really Pathetic..

                    Book My Show is 1000 times better.

                    I wish KSCA never involves them in booking tickets for Chinnaswamy Stadium again.

                      I booked 6 tickets on 15th Feb' 2016, (Rs.700/- ) which got deducted from my account while booking tickets for SAG Closing Ceremony 2016.I mailed them on 15th Feb'2016 about the issue but till date there is no refund. i have mailed them several times more then 20 times but every time they say "your refund is generated from our end, contact your bank". I have even send them my updated passbook but still they are still saying the same thing . but my bank account statement says "no refund".

                        Sir,

                        I have booked 2 tickets for IPL online as on 07/04/15 for the match was to be held on 26/04/2015 from Ticket Genie India company and when the match was under decision of cancellation I and my wife left the Block " H " and reached at Gate No - 12 to exist from Eden Garden. But the person posted by Eden Garden Authority at Gate No -12 collected ticket counter parts from me for punching with Exist Machine and did not return the same. With some hurry, I and my wife left the gate to avoid crowd.

                        I have invoice for booking online from ticket genie company and I have confirmation email for booked ticket but after lots of request over telephone the company has ignored me to refund the ticket amount as the match has cancelled due to rain and I have no physical ticket counter part.

                          Nadeem and Silver, As per there discussion with me in the morning, they said that they will provide me all the details by 7 in the evening, for the requirements I have asked for. And it was so annoying, that I have not received any single call or msg from them. I have been trying there number for 100 - 120 times, but there is no response. This is really dissapointing and seriously not acceptable. They are so unprofessional and irresponsible. Rachi

                            Hi, I had tried to book 2 IPL tickets on 7th May, 2014 for KKR vs RCB match to be held on 22nd May, 2014 in Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The amount of Rs. 1885 was debited from my account & the tickets were not booked. Initially, I had raised a service request with my bank Kotak Mahindra (on 7th May, 2014) for the debited amount of Rs. 1885 for the tickets. But they confirmed yesterday evening that the amount of Rs. 1885 has been credited to the merchant bank of yours. This is the 5th time I am trying to contact you via written communication. I have tried all your contact numbers given on different sites but none of them are reachable. So request you to credit back the amount to my Kotak account. Thanks, Sana Nezam

                              This is to inform you that on 23.03.13 I have made online booking of 4 tickets for IPL T 20 match between Kolkata Knight Riders Vs Chennai Super Kings scheduled to be played on 20.04.13 at Eden Gardens through Ticketgenie India Pvt. Ltd, # 95, 2nd floor, Harihara Building, NR Road, Bangalore -560002, Phone: +[protected], Fax:[protected], Email: [protected]@tgipl.com. I opted for door delivery of the tickets and a sum of Rs. 2085/- has been debited from my account[protected] of United Bank of India for the purchasing and delivering cost of the tickets.

                              On inquiry, I came to know that due to some technical reasons above tickets were not booked in my name. Then I contacted the above agency for refunding the amount of Rs. 2085/- debited from my account for purchasing & delivering cost. Several correspondences have been made through e - mail and they assured me to refund Rs. 2085/- within a fortnight (from 20.04.13). One month has already been elapsed, but till date I have had no pleasure of receiving Rs. 2085/-.

                              Kindly look into this and please take necessary action enabling me to get Rs. 2085/- and oblige.

                              Ticketgenie Pvt.Ltd. — Refund amount not yet received

                              I had booked 10 tickets for Semi final match which had supposed to be played at Banglore on 21 & 22 April 2010.But due to bomb blast matches cancelled. I received mail from ticketgenie regarding refund money; in that mail, ticketgenie company mentioned that amount will be refund within 10-15 days. but still that amount not rteceived by me.
                              So kindly help.

                                  Ticketgenie — NON RECEIPT OF TICKETS

                                  I have booked Ticket for IPL Punjab Kings match of 13th March on 20.02.2010 using iplt20.com through www.ticketgenie.in. Though It claims the ticket to be delivered within 3 days . a but after more than 1 week i have not recieved the tickets.

                                  I am not sure if I show the online recipt and the ID CARD , I WILL BE ALLOWED TO THE MATCH.

                                  I have tried caling the given customer care no[protected] but no one pick up.

                                  We make order for 12 Tickets on 20.02.2010 but till date we have not received our tickets and any mail regarding courier airway bill No.


                                  We have called so many time on your given MDN No. but mostly response busy and when connect anyone not pick the call..

                                  Yesterday they pick the call and revert, we are unable to send your ticket by courier due to some technical problem, Please collect tickets from Mohali Stadium, I visit mohali stadium today, but they response they have not tickets..

                                  I post this complaint for non receipt of tickets. I have faced very harashment for receiving tickets, but due one nice person at Mohali Stadium Named Vicky, help me to get my tickets..I am very thankful for his this kind help.

                                  Due to non receipts of my tickets, my 5 friends not attend the match on day because they cant reach at mohali, due to tickets get by me 11 a.m on event day of match.

                                    Booked 2 tickets for Metallica Concert on Ticketgenie.in using my debit card. The concert scheduled in October 2011 got cancelled and the refund was to be processed by November 2011. Till now on 16th March 2012, Ticketgenie has not refunded my amount (Rs.5575). On calling they say the amount was refunded on 3rd Nov, whereas no money has been credited into my account. I have been updating my Passbook regularly and there is no refund yet. I have confirmed with my bank who double checked that no such refund has occured. On contacting Ticketgenie they repeatedly say that they have made the refund and cant do anything about it. This is a clear case of Cheating and should be strictly dealt with.

                                    After repeated emails and calls, the concert ticket amount was finally refunded into my account, after more than 10 months of cancellation of the concert.

                                      Hi,

                                      I booked three ticket via ticketgenie website for the IPL match between Mumbai and Bangalore which was to be held at Bangalore on 17th April, 2010 at Bangalore. My order number was 79799 and the total amount was Rs.720/-.

                                      But on 12th April, I received a mail from them which stated the following.

                                      "Due to a technical error in the ticketing website, it over sold more than the tickets allotted for online sale, hence we are compelled to refund our valued customers or accommodate them in the coming Semi Final matches.

                                      We do understand your concern and it is not your mistake and at the same time it is a technical error which cannot be undone.

                                      I replied back to this mail on 19th April saying that I need my money refunded. But nothing has been done till date. I've sent them several mails to them after that asking for my money. But I've neither received the money, nor any reply from them.
                                      I've tried to get in touch with them over the phone as well. I've called their helpline number at least 50times, but nobody ever answered the call.

                                      I'm hoping to get some resolution after I'm placing this case to you people.

                                      Please let me know if you need any more information from my side.

                                      Dear,

                                      I have booked a IPL T20-2010's first semifinal at Bangalore. But unfortunately it is got shifted to Navi Mumbai. But till now (Today's Date 17/05/2010) I haven't get the refunded amount of Rs 3000/- It is embarrassing that they promised the refund amount will be transferred within 20 days time period. Announcement was on 18th Feb and I have received a detailed mail about the refund. But money is NOT yet refunded.

                                      Ticket genie india Pvt ltd — Semi final IPL ticket refund

                                      I had booked 6 tickets (750 each) for each Semi final matches of IPL 3 which was supposed to held in bangalore. My ticket booking reference number are 391348 & 391551.

                                      I was been told on 21 April that 9000 rupees will be transferred in 10 days to my on-line account. Its a month passed now but no refund has come.

                                      Please look into this matter.

                                      I tried calling Ticket genie but all my calls went unanswered.
                                      Yes even I had booked six tickets on ticket genie. Even I am waiting for refund with no response from them.

                                        I tried to book 4 tickets worth Rs.500 each for Semifinal -2 match on April 22, 2010. I went to ticketgenie.in and made my selection and eventually completed my online credit card authorization for the cost of the tickets and after payment, the website did no take me back to ticketgenie.in for my ticket confirmation. When I checked my credit card statement, i had already lost Rs 2000. The call center number does not work and no one responds to my email. I dont know where to complaint. I called up the bank and they had given the transaction approval code (340565) but cannot do anything. Please help out!!!
