Tikona — Asking for bill payment without providing service | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have My Tikona user ID is [protected]. Due to very poor service last Aug'15 I decided to cancel the Broadband service. Despite of many followup's they disconnected the service but even they used to generate month over month Tikona Bills. After series of followup I manged to make them aware they should stop sending me the bills as I am not using the service since from Aug'15. In Jan'16 I received call from Tees Hazari court in delhi that if I do not pay in half an hour they will disturb my CIBIL rating. I saw it was around ~400 INR payment due. Not sure why I need to pay but due to their pressure I paid that amount immediately but I really went through mental harassment. Please find attached screenshot of the payment.
