Tikona — Billing scam | |||||
User id -[protected] Name-vivek prasad I got internet connection from Tikona almost one and half year back . during their service I face problem of connectivity many times. Their response was not proper, after getting it resolved it will work for 2 days again after that i loose my connectivity i paid each and every bill generated by them .last month they have sended me a bill in which they have added many inappropriate charges i thought of discontinueing the service but some billing guy from there end called me up and said we are giving you waiver you just have to pay a certain amount so i paid that amount and now in this month they have fowarded all those charges again when am calling them their agents are hanging d call and even telling that you have to pay, i[censored] want to complain about us go ahead and do but we cant help you in this So i would request the concerned authority to look into the matter and resolve it With regards Vivek Was this information helpful? | |||||
