[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Service — Worst & fraudulent service @ tikona broadband | |||||
I am robert rajkumar my new service id – [protected]i, i have got my first tikona broadband service on 2010. And i have paid around rs. 1800/-. They didn't provide any acknowledge for this payment. And it got cancelled with in one and half month due no feasibility in my area. So i gave the cancellation letter and the instrument to respective executive. He told me that, connection will be cancelled with 48 hours. Also there is no pending payment at that time form my side. Even i have got a confirmation call for cancellation from tikona side. Till date i didn't receive any calls or mails or sms from tikona regarding my previous connection. So i thought that connection has been closed. But last month only i heard that connection have not yet closed. And they are charging the rent for that connection till date. But unfortunately i have applied for a new connection without noticed this issue. And i have paid rs. 2026 for a new connection. Tikona person said that, there is no payments for coming three months. So you need not to pay. But now those people are adjusted that money to my previous account. Now they asking the money for a new connection. I have complained lot of time regarding this problem to tikona customercare but i have got frustration only. So i went to police station regarding this issue and gave the complaint against tikona service at chennai that particular location people. So all of you friend, please don't believe tikona broad band service @ chennai location people. And their service also very poor (Very worsted).
