[Resolved] Tikona — complaint against torture behaviour and bad service and bad customer care of disconnection process | |||
I m fed up please help. I m think to file a case against them as i have all the call recording and mails. These people are literally torturing us bcz we no longer need there service. No one is taking our complaints seriously regarding disconnection. I have raise this complaint before one and half months just to resolve my disconnection as have transferred. I hv spoken tolot ofexecutives name them few, shaheen khan, siddhi, fawad, deepika and many others but they are not taking action they jus wasting our time. Everytime you call and ask them about update they have no clue they ll suggest u take the connection and tell you different process. Oneengineer whom they gave for the pick up of router, hareesh, is such a pathetic person, he is behaving rude with me and my wife. Now i have raise a police complaint upon the tikona and the ceo now. They put some rental process where i hv to pay nothing from my behalf but thing is they trapping us they are gonna torture us for more money as previously done with many people while they done the same.
