[Resolved] Tikona — complaint regarding services and unnecessary payment.. | |||
I have already asked plenty times to for the disclosure of my internet connection the never bloody responded and started giving some cheeky discounts to keep me connected and paying the bills for no reason... I have spoke to the executives plenty times to email me regarding my problems of connectivity and the reason why don't they want to stop my services... This morning they sent me notice regarding my bill which was raised from 500 to 1200 with penalties. Also the asking me to pay amount of rs. 1500 solicitor charges... That's #.. Dear sir/madam, This is vivek arora writing you in regards to the tikona connection with id : [protected] Can you please inform me why am i getting bills with raised amount every month... I have already spoke to your executives and clearly mentioned them that i don't have any problem paying off your last bill... All i need is an written e-mail from your side giving me the reason. Why was my connection not disconnected in march-2017 where i already asked for it.?? Why did i get said that i will be getting a proper service from next month, where no care was taken?? Why was my re-request for cancelling the connection not been taken again in the following month of april-2017, where your promises were not fulfilled in march...?? Also, i requested to de-activate my services in may-2017, why were my services not stopped in the mean time..??? I have requested to de-activate my services for consecutive 3 months. May i know the reason of not fulfilling my deactivation request??? I have paid your couple of bills (March-april) on your request saying that you will be sorting out my issues and will not let me down... Also, i never denied paying your last bill of june, all i need to know is why do i need to pay the bills if i am not able to use the services?? You asking me to pay you for not using your services, i agree to pay but, in reply you need to write me why was i not given any services?? Had any of your engineer visited to my place to sort my connection problems since i have made a complaint in march, april, june??? No one ever took care of sorting my issues out in the past 3 months i have already paid you for couple of months and i thought no not again this is enough... Now you keep raising my bill with your bloody late charges and taxes on top... I need to know what should i pay for?? Your services were crap, and 3 months i have paid you unnecessary. Why do i need to bare all the time??? Tell me why were my services not de-activated on 3 consecutive requests??? Now this is a serious issue for me and i guess people need to know about your services you provide and you keep charging us for your crap services... I guess you haven't seen my issues and you might have not reviewed my issues I have been facing .. I have been asking to de-activate my service since March... And services got de-activated in July... May I know the reason Please ... I would suggest you to please listen to the conversations l have made with your executives... Every conversation will say that I am ready to pay the bill... I never denied paying my bill all I need to know is why were the services not de-activated on 3 consecutive requests.. ???
