[Resolved] Tikona — Deactivate my internet connection

Dear sir/Mam,
I want to terminate my internet connection with User ID- [protected]..!
I also request for same n my request Id is 1-[protected]..!
But still I didn't receive any confirmation about that..!
A also remove all cable connection n modem from my home..!!
From now onward I m not responsible for any future uses payment ...!!
So kindly request you to Terminated my connection as soon as possible...!!

how can possibly not deactivate my connection company force that my connection is gift to other friend but not close this is tikona system also his customer care staff and send mail but don't reply any confirmation sms or mail

very bad services i want only close my account i paid all outstanding amount

Updated by piyush kyada mera connection band karna he abhi tak nahi hua he ise band kar lijiye bad me bolna nahi ki aapne use kiya he... aapke sab cable or rowter nikal ke rakh diye he still not get any conformation please send me conformation SMS and mail
