I had already complained in grahakseva still no resolution: http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/262207/tikona-the-worst-ever-broadband-service http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/262722/tikona-the-worst-ever-broadband-service Am tired of posting complaints against TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PVT LTD as they have not disconnected the services and sending bills for non useage of internet service and cheating customers . pathetic service... they neither call nor respond on the toll free number. i only get to hear that i get call within 24 hours from disconnection team and nobody calls back... i have call records of all the false promises and fake cheating services provided by them. The same case with me. They are sending me bills and recover agents are calling me for bill payment. I got fake calls from recovery agents saying that they are calling Delhi 30 Hajari court.
Dont know how to take strong action against Tikona.
