This is to inform you that i am moving out of town so there will be no one left to use the service.
So it is my kind request to you to disconnect my services and collect your equipment as soon as possible as i am moving in a few days.

I mailed you and called you several times to disconnect my account but no action is being taken.
I sent you the mail on 23rd of january and second mail on 24rth of january 2018, but you didn't bother to reply to my mail.
I was a loyal customer of tikona from past 2.5 years and in return what I get is a lot of calls from your team asking me not to disconnect. I told you already that I am moving out of town so there will be no one left to use the service.
Please disconnect my account or else I will not be liable to pay any further amount that you will generate as I already requested for disconnection 2 weeks before the bill cycle and all my bills are paid till 7th of february.
