Tikona — fake billing and threaten legal calls | |
My tikona service user id - [protected] As per my request, on 10/may/2019 via telecommunication, my service was disconnected on 25th may 2019. On 4th july i have cleared my dues with tikona pvt ltd of rs 959.53/- (Rental plan charge), reason of non payment from 25th may till 4th july is that my account was showing outstanding with the late fee charges of additional rs 118.0/-, but on 10th may'19 with a complaint call with a tikona executive promised me to wave off the late fee charges but till day, i haven't received any wave off from tikona side, fake promise received from tikona. I have all the call recording from tikona executive for legal proceeding from my end. I don't want tikona service anymore, i have returned cpe/roof top device/cable to the authorized tikona representative mr. Harish [protected] on 5/11/2019. Find the attachment for proof of return receipt received from the tikona representative. Kindly confirmation my termination status in response with this mail or call me at [protected] to confirm my termination status. I hereby request not to connect me anymore for re-connection to tikona services. If not then i will give a police compliant against tikona service pvt ltd. I have also attached the tikona representative photo who have collected the devices of cpe/roof top device/cable from my residence. Please do the needful at the earliest.
