[Resolved]  Tikona — Fake bills and not disconnecting my account

Sir, I hope you're in good health. I need you all help so that I can get justice. I know that you don't know me, you're right but does it make me and people safe from fraud company TIKONA.
So today I'm discussing a big fraud company Tikona Digital Networks, surprised?, Yes, it is a fraud company, at first it will provide you a good connection, better services of every type, except disconnect service. They never ever disconnect a connection, even though you send him mails, all will you get is a auto confirmation reply and calls that says Wait for 72 hrs, and if you don't get call within 72 hrs, re read the the waiting line or mail him again to remind them again.
I'm saying this bcoz I'm a customer, customer of Tikona from Agra, my user Id: [protected]. I'm using Tikona services since August 2016 and I've used till December last, and then I had put a request of hold in beginning of January 2017. When I filed a halt request as I'm out of town and there is no one to use the connection, I was pretty glad that they had halted the connection very easily without any interruptions, he charged for halt tho, I halted for 60 days and when the halt period is ended. I decided to make the payment of halt charges and disconnect the account. So here my problem starts, I've filed a disconnection request on 7th mar 2017 after paying amount of ₹218.93 being my halt charges on 3rd Mar 2017. On 10th Mar2017, my disconnection request was accepted, and I got a auto confirmation mail that stated Tikona had received your request and you will get a call within 72 hrs, I felt stressed free, as I'm going out of this Tikona family. I wish, if this gonna happen.
On 15th Mar they sent me a bill of ₹910.71, wtf man I don't even connected the cables, device is packed since 2 months, and though I got a bill. How?
And I haven't used any single byte of data, still they have provided a bill. So now you're thinking why I haven't called customer care yet ? Right.
So on 13th Mar after filing a disconnecting request, I called to Tikona toll free number which is a spam according to Truecaller, and I found out that number on Tikona website. And almost all the numbers of Tikona are spam numbers.I called Tikona customer care, and then they asked me the reason of disconnecting, feedback about services, some new plans and transfer this connection to your family, friends or relatives. They re ready to get you account transferred, will provide you new and cheap plans but not give any information abt the disconnection request which you want. They only say that *your request is being processed and we will call you within 72 hrs to give you details of the employee who will going to take the rooftop devices on mail.* Though they neither call nor mail back, they just put in between and to make you blame yourself why you chosen Tikona. I called the customer representatives many times and also talked to senior executives, which I don't even know they exist. They asked the same questions as they usually ask, yeah they will listen to your problem very carefully but they don't do anything to solve your problem. On Mar 19 i had called to Tikona representative and she had clearly said, that the bill which is generated is a system generated bill as you are not using the services. I had audio reording too. She also said not to worry about bill amount and it will take approx 7 days to disconnect my account. And my account is still not disconnected.

On 22 Mar, I called again and i talked to customer representatives, he had transferred my call to senior executive as its a case of bill regarding. I talked to Vineet, from senior department, and i told the whole thing again, bla bla etc, he also said that he will reduce the bill amount and you don't have to worry about the bill which is generated and he even provided me a request Id- 1--[protected] and asked me to wait for 2 days to be processed. And it's been a six days now, neither my disconnection request nor the request which senoir execution gave me, both request ain't progressed. i thought it is processing, this time maybe my request got processed and no it not happenened as i thought. All i got a post from Tikona to my home of bill payment. And i again called on Mar 26, on toll free number, again the tikona representatives given me the same request number as given by Vineet. I don't know why they are not processing my request and sending me the bills notifications and bill reminders on my phone number.

Yesterday, i sent them a mail again regading my disconnection request and fake bill. And i also sent them recordings of my conversations which i had with tikona representatives regarding the bill amount and disconnection request. And it's been a two days again, my account still not disconnected and neither my bill amount is reduced.

Here i, m giving you emails which i've sent to them. Date is there also as you can see in the photos.. Please if you can help me something regarding this matter, please please reply me or suggest a way to hell gotta out from here. please mention a resolution for this problem and also investigate on all the above mentioned problems or query regarding the facts and please contact me soon .If i still not get my problem solved, i will take this case ahead to the consumer court for harrassment and undue pressure by tikona. And i'm not paying this bill no matter what happens i'm right at my place. i will go to consumer court to get my problem solved.
