[Resolved]  Tikona — fraud and faulty bills

User i'd [protected] i am struggling to get rid of tikono connection, aug 2016 was the last month where i used the tikono connection. Post i was told that connection will be disconnected. On monthly basis i am getting call saying that you are using the internet it's been a year now have told them i am using hathway connection still they keep on increasing my bills. Have told them disconnect my connection from their side or send an engineer to check but they don't agree. Please help me to resolve this.

They gave me a cal at 7.55 am, told them to give me a call me after 10 clock. Have not a got a call and when I tried calling them nobody is picking up my call. I am using Hathway connection since last year, have told them to stop my connection completely they keep on saying you are still using it hence you will be charged, have asked them to send their engineer and check but nobody is coming. They can't close connection from their side they can't send engineer how to deal with it. I am not using tikono since Aug 2016 have removed the instrument still they say it's been used. I am getting threatening calls from their office. Would suggest nobody to go for this company.

Why there is a delay of one year to come and collect the device when it was told year back to shut the connection.

I am getting threatening calls a pathetic company won't recommend anybody. Have requested last year to completely disconnect my service still nothing is been done and every month I am getting increased bill.
