Tikona — Fraud billing / threatening calls / recovery agent abusing / mental harassment | |||||
I was using tikona network i was fed up calling customer support for internet speed and most of times itnernet was not comingi took 2247/- aprox plan for 3 months and after that i was helpless because i paid advance money and couldn't get it changed and get my money back . And at the end of 3 months when frustration was going over head i decided to switch my internet connection and then i called customer support regularly for a disconnection they didn't came on line for more than 30 minuts hold of lines it was frustrating. Than i switched off my lan and next day got airtel and results were awesome on airtel network got good speed internet and calls as well . After 2 months they keep calling me saying 1600 aprox bill you have to pay and increasing every month . My tikona id was [protected] . Now i am getting calls first call was calling from mumbai session court and was fake threating me and started absuing me it was hrashment case . Next call i got karkardooma court he said Today i got a call from a number which is [protected] which is from tiknoa saying i am calling from tees hajari court i have a summon against your name and all All i want to highlight you people is stay away from tikona digital networks company they are frauds their internet never comes and they will never disconnect your connection you will end up frustrated and hrashed like me Was this information helpful? | |||||
