Sir,
I Ravi Khandelwal user id no [protected] has taken new prepaid connection ( All data Pack With Lifetime Validity ) & has recharged for Rs 10, 000/- But my plan was activated with only Rs 1000/-
I have recharged your plan for Rs 10, 000/- as per the brochure drop by your sales executive to our house( Sales executive name lAXMAN mobile no [protected]) the copy of which is attached. I demand for Rs 10, 000/-Plan for which your engineer has done new installation with cable wire, adapter, etc & now to my surprise Tikona has recharge the plan for Rs 1000/- only . So I request the company to activate the plan for Rs 10, 000/- & if not possible refund my Rs 10, 000/- ( NEFT / RTGS ) to my account as your recharge shows only 60 G.B. which actually should be 660 G.B. . My Bank details is as follows for Refund:-
