[Resolved] Tikona — fraud by tikona internet service provider. | |||||
Ban no[protected] Service id: [protected] I had started my tikona internet on 9th march '17 and have not received what was promised to me which was 6 mbps and unlimited downloads, my internet doesn't seem to connect to my devices and even if connected doesn't work at the speed promised by tikona I have made multiple calls to the customer care but i cannot get through your technical team as all the operator says is "my request is under process and i shall receive a call shortly".. Which i had heard for atleast a week after they installed the equipment. I had also called the concerned person who had come home to install the same on the problem, mr. Irshad: [protected]. He refused to help me in any way and only kept saying the company will help you. When you call on their customer care number they ask you for your registered email id, when i give them the only email id i have they tell me that its wrong. I had paid the 4000/- rupees to install the modem including the monthly charge. I have also written emails to their customer care id and never received a response. A month later i received a bill from them of 1783 rupees. Which i did not pay! Because by then i had already shifted to airtel on my own and kept that modem aside. Two months after i received a call from their payment department and i tell them the same thing that my internet hasnt worked why should i pay. They even told me they havent received any mails from my id, and when i asked them to let me know which email id has been registered they told me some random email id which does not even belong to me. I fought with them over a call and asked him to shut my account and he said that he did. Few months down the line i receive a call by their advocate halai & co. Kh halai and priya aggarwal. Who tells me over call that she doesn't have any interest in calling me and that i should get an advocate to fight this and come clean. They sent a notice at home, which i received today as i was traveling. The date has extended from the date sent across by them 1-9-2017, and the payment of rs 2420/- plus 1500/- equipment charge (Which i had initially paid for) is being charged again.
