And has already deducted the money from my current account - [protected] without my approval or acceptance, the current offer i had paid (Rs1890) for 45 days + 45 day free offer on 27th august 2017 and i had to pay no money till 27th nov 2017... Inspite of this plan the bill was generated for rs.938/- for september 2017 this is in breach of fair customer treatment, without providing proof of previous pending amount / previous account validity confirmation & previous communication history or disputes recorded to me. as the previous account is more than 6 years old you should first provide irrevocable proof of pending payment & communication done on the same and receipt of any communication from my end. your team has been constantly harassing me on bill payment and rude behaviour on phone - i have recorded conversation detailing this kind of communication... This has caused me medical issues and caused disruption in my work and office productivity causing huge losses. send me the previous account details : name registered mobile number account start date total payments made from start (Deposit / installation / monthly payment) - (Account statement) last communication of bill for pending amount (Email sent) issues or disputes recorded for earlier account.
