Tikona — Harasement call on pay bill for unsed months even after cancel internet request | |||
Hi, My name is Shaik ikbhal Basha, I was tikona broad band internet connection. Subscriber ID : [protected] I was shifting my house. Hence i called on customer care, intimate to cancel the my broad band connection. They take my request. Later consequently i was getting bill which i was not used. later customer care followed on mobile to pay money. I intimated the same that i was already raised request, i did not used for 2 months they charged me. I got call from [protected], Calling him self Mukesh Advocate. He used bad words, harsasing saying if you dont pay the money(which i dont used) He will going to file case, i have to come to Delhi Police will come to my house to arrest me. I even pay the amount now : Transaction ID: [protected]TPC[protected] Why all this harasment to customer who pay regularly. Even tikona is aking to pay extra money which i don't use the internet for those months. Later harassment calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
