Tikona — Harassing the customer | |||||
I have requested the tikona service provider to close my connection in the month of october due to their poor service. Inspite of requesting them several times, they have not closed, instead several reminder mails received from them to pay the dues. But i clearly informed them several times to check the connection & take away the device. But the same was not done from their end. Now, i got a call from one of the customer care executive (mobile no. : [protected]) saying they are taking legal action on me & informed me they will block my passport/debit/credit cards. I don't know what basis they will do all these things. I have attached the complaint mails sent to the tikona care. Please take necessary action against them for harrasing.
