[Resolved] Tikona — harassment and getting bill after cancellation services | |||||
Hi team, Highly disappointed from tikona services. User id - [protected] Account number[protected] I took the tikona connection in mumbai in jun'16 and they provided me in non-feasible area. I requested many times to cancel it due to bad services and finally they disconnected it in dec'16 after drooping many emails to them. I had a lot of complaints to tikona about bad services. I got the email on feb ’17 about permanent disconnection and payment was zero in bill. Again, i got the bill in march’17 and payment was showing rs 85 in bill. Now a days, i am getting many calls from them to pay recovery amount which is rs. 1500 for roof top device. I said, i paid the total amount after disconnection and submitted roof top device in march'17 to your executive (Ramesh-[protected]). I had a word with him today and he told me "yes, you submitted". I emailed them many times and getting the calls again n again. Now, they are saying that we have filled the cash against you and you have to go to delhi court, we are sending the police at your place. It is happening for last 2 months. I have all the email acknowledgements about payment and still they are doing mental harassment, mental torture and fraud.
