[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment and prank calls for extra bill charges | |||
I requested tikonaa detailed bill of my usage. i paid the bill till october and also asked to reduce the bill plan but in november i got a bill of 2000 and every month they are adding rs 100 as a late payment fee. i asked to disconnect the connection via mails, calls but they continued charging the amount. several times i told the customer care executives to send me the detailed bill of my usage. every time they said, we will send it to you and hanged up. i dropped few mails asking the same but no reply. for the entire month there was a problem with the connection. every another day i have to call the customer care and asked them to resolve but they could not resolve it permanently but kept charging. And after few days they started giving me legal threatening. someone called (number [protected]) and said he is an advocate from delhi high court and i have only half an hour to decide whether i want to fight the case or pay the bills. i explained him the same that i want the detail explanation of my bill. and if i find everything ok, i am ready to pay but he did not listen. and he also said police will come to your door with arrest warrant. he asked me to pay an amount of rs 3300. when i asked how come rs 3300? he said rs 2500 is your bill and rs 800 is the charged to withdraw the case. if i did not filed any case then why should i pay the amount to withdraw it?? I again dropped a mail to customer care but no reply. yesterday they have sent a notice from some advocate in mumbai stating the dues of 2500 and their legal actions. i am receiving calls every alternate week and harassing me. I dont know what is stopping tikona to provide me the detailed bill. i even did not deny the payment but i will only pay when i will find the bill according to the usage and no of days they have provided the connection without any glitch. If your team is working than why I am not getting reply of my mail from them.
And again I started getting the harassment call from Advocate Manish Pandey, Phone No - [protected], repeating the same. I dont want these calls again. Please ask your team to stop the non-sense. I am really fed up with these things.

I dont know why this ticket has been marked as resolved. This issue has not yet resolved.
Now the another call, from Adv Rajiv Gupta, Phone Number, [protected], repeating the same lines about Delhi court, case register in half an hour.

And on top of it, the executive was being rude and harsh while speaking.
I also posted a comment in forum.tikona.in but could not find it now. I think it has been deleted from there.
If you want I will send the mail again but please provide me the solution. Your team is harassing me a lot daily. Calling from different number and threatening me.
