[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment | |||||
Tikona digital networks has not provided the proper connectivity because of that we have disconnected the connection. After sending a long e-mail also these people have not disconnected my internet and now they are asking me to pay the money for that day. Some people keep on calling me and harassing me saying that we are calling from delhi court and going to file a case against this. Just Ask them to file a complaint against you. As well as you may proceed with Legal action in Consumer court with documentary proof Like E-mail which you sent to them. Also make a complaint through "[protected]@trai.gov.in" mail id (TRAI Mail). Judgement will be favor to you. Go ahead.
