[Resolved] Tikona — harassment for non-payment of services which were not used | |||
We had tikona broadband services at our residence and after 3 months o[censored]sing the broadband we informed them to discontinue the services. Internet was not used from our side, however tikona didn't terminate the services and send a outstanding bill of rs 1130. Why should we pay the amount for the services that are not used. Today my wife got a call from preeti singh claiming to be a lawyer from delhi court that a case will be registered and we need to come down to delhi from mumbai for the hearing. Being a lawyer and i hope she is educated, she doesn't have etiquette to even talk properly. Talks like a road side junglee. Even illiterate people converse & respond nicely. If we get another call from this female or anyone from tikona, mind you i'll go to the police and court & file a complain for mental harassment.
