Tikona — Harassment & Mentally pressurising

I was using tikona broadband service & having plan of 4Mbps but getting speed of 30 to 50KBps. a rgistered complaints many time in tikona customer care but no body attend my problem. so at last i made a request of closing the service but they didn't even close it. now they send me messages of bills pending & called me that they are complainting me in cibil. under pressure i paid bill. even now they are sending message of bill of current month. i have written them to close the service but no reply. I want my money back of 1950 Rs that i paid under pressure+ waver for worst service.

I am ravi sharma. I was using tikona broadband service since Feb 15 & my Id is [protected]. After two month o[censored]sing tikona service I got issue of slow speed. My plan was of 4Mbps but I was getting speed of 30 to 5o Kbps. So that I registered complaint in tikona customer care but even after continuous followup & I didn't get the solution of my problem. Neither any tikona executive came to resolve my problem nor any body called me so I made last complaint of closing my service but tikona representative give me confidence of resolving my issue within 1 working day but even after that discussion no body come to resolve the issue & I stopped using tikona service. After that tikona was sending me billing messages. I called tikona customer care & requested to stop messaging but no solution. Account is Terminated'. And today I got call from their Advocate from
Delhi that I have to pay Approx. Rs. 3500/-

Even after requesting to you regarding closing my broadband service you generated bill and I paid the bill under pressure without even usage of service. Again I requested to you for closing service & you were given confirmation to me for closing my service today again I received mails regarding bill. You are requested to stop these kind of loot activities & stop messaging.
