I have taken tikona subscription from 16th Feb 2017 and facing the network outage since last one week. I have filed around 2-3 complaints (latest 1-[protected]) on your IVR and also spoken to few of your tech guys ( varun kamble, pallavi, itshad etc etc) but havent got any positive response or resolution.
Writing this mail i am quiet frustrated with what has happened till date and this will surely change my views about the Tikona Services for sure Was this information helpful? |
