This is to notify that despite of all the efforts that we tried to sort the disputes with Tikona Services from our side they have shown their true colors by harassing us for the internet usage that was never used by us. I guess there is such a poor management that nobody can win from these illiterate people. Can somebody call keeping a tikona agent in conference and try to listen because i can prove these ignorants...

I am having connection with Tikona since April 16. I am totally fed up with company. Connection speed is totally pathetic and despite so many complaints, they could not solve problem. Now I want to disconnect the connection. Tikona bills in advance. When I called for requesting for cancellation, they said it as bill is generated, even if my disconnection request, I have to pay for full month and bill will not be pro-rated. This is company's...

we decided to disconnect the connection. we raised a request for disconnection and it has already been disconnected and payment has already been paid and settled.I again confirmed from tikona customer care and assured that no dues are left.

I was a Tikona Customer. Unhappy with services, I decided to discontinue the service. The chain of events are as follows:

1. I had asked for suspension of services on Aug 2016.
2. The engineer agreed to suspend services. The engineer did not revert back to me.
3. I had called and emailed for suspension of services every month since then.
4. Tikona hires goons to scare me and asks me to pay 1, 800 and resume...

This is Ankit raj and am using tikona digital services from last 2 years...2 months ago I shifted from my old location bairahana to new location tagore town lic colony...since then I lodged so many complaints about poor connection speed, login page not loading..I talked so many peoples like area manager, shushil technical engineer, tikona customer care executive and many more peoples...but it's been 2.5 months and they say they don't have...

I bought tikona connection with user id [protected] in march 2016. I raised a request to transfer the connection in September 2016 because I was shifting to the new place in Ahmedabad. Do not go with tikona
raised multiple complaints but no use.
One of the worst customer care executives and there supervisors i have seen.
Every time they give wrong information, customer pay some amount in advance later get to know this is not valid plan amount or so, later the paid amount wont get refunded and adjusted.
