In the month of january 19th 2017 tiona had installed their device for broad band internet connection.

The quality of installation was very poor, causing ingress of mosquitos, a serious health issue,
Inspire of repeated reminder has not been rectified by takoma.

After 4days the system become totally defunct, the even the home page was not displaying there by making to unable to seethe same.
The system status was the sae till today.

On razing complain auto sms or email was generated advising speed test of the system. As the home page was displaying speed test was impossible.

In the mean time everyday three or four times sms are sent without attending to our request for removal of the system.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

iT APPEARS THAT POLICY OF TIKONA IS TO SOMEHOW INSTAL A SYSTEM, IF IT WORKS O.K, IF IT DOES NOT WORK ALSO THERE IS NO PROBLEM FOR THEM, THEYWILL FORCE THE CLIENT TO PAY FOR THE THEIR DEFUNCT SYSTEM.
THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER CARE, WHICH IS REPLCED BY IRV[protected], WITH ONLY ONE OR TWO OPTIONS.
TIKONA DOES NOT HAVE COMPETENT PERSONS TO SERVE TEIR CLIENTS. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES TIKONA SHALL BE ASKED TO WINDYUP THEIR BUSINESS.

Please go through my compaints.
1. our personnel has shown very poor workmansjip during installation of your system, damaging thr net provided om the windows for protection against ingress of mosquotoes. More over cble as been brought inside room through sliding rails of he window panel making closure o d window impossible,
This is causing serous medical issues
in spite of my repeated reminders, till today no action has been taken at your end to attend to this issue and
resolve the same.

2. you have not responded our queries or request since end of January .2017.
Now that we raised complaint, you are replying now. We are afraid had we not raised complaint we would never got reply from your end.
3. After checking we find that your system often goes out order, so we are not using your system.
4. Even though there is no record available at your end regarding usage by our end, you are claiming payment for serves provided during that period your system was defunct.

The above indicates that unethical business practices are adopted by your organisation.
So remove your system and dis-continue your services with immediate effect.. .
.

In spite of our repeated reminder for discontinuation of their internet services and removal of their system, they are ignoring our request and keeping their system isntalled and raising bill for the defunct system/.

on 25th March, 2017, at about 5:00 P.M. sent two persons to recover their bill of 1204.27.
When told them we are not using tikona broadband services, then why we have to pay this bill.
and how this bill has jumped from 407 to 1200, after 15th March 2017,
and told them to remove their system immediately,
They talk to their supervisor and told me that they will take back their system provided we pay them rs, 500/-
I told them I will not pay them any amount, as I have not used their system and their system is defunct since installation of the system and we do not want to use their system because of bad installation of their system causing ingress of mosquitoes inside our bed room posing critical medical issues.

They told me that without getting payment od 500.-,

Finally I gave them Rs. 500 to get rid of their of harassment of tikona,

they gave me receipt of the same indicating final, photo of the same s attached herewith,

FROM THE BILLPAYMENT ON 25TH MARCH 2017, IT CLEAR THAT TIKONA HAS NO BASIS OF RAISING AND THEIR BILL IS FICTIOUS.
ON 27TH MARCH 2017, THHEIR WAS A CALLL AND SNSS FORM TIKONA, INFOMING THAT I HAVE MDEINLINE PAYMENT OF RS. 500/-.,
HER WAS A PHONE CALL FROM TIKONA INFORMING THAT WWHTHER I AM U=INTERESTED FOR UPGRRATION OF SYSTEM,

I HAVE INFORMED HER THAT THE TIKONA BRODBAND SYSTEN IS ALREADY REMOVED FROM MY HOUSE.
AAND THERE IS NO QUESTION O[censored]PGRADATION OF THE SYSTEM,

THE BILL FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES INCURRED DUE TOMEDICAL ISSUE RELATING INSTALATION OF THEIR BRODBAND SYSTEM WILL BE FURNISHED AFTER COMPLETION OF TREATENT.

THIS TO INFORM TIKONA THAT BECAUSE OF THE MEDICAL ISSUES WITH THE BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL ISNTALLATION OF THEIR SYTEM, MY SOSN HAS INFECTED WITH SKIN INFECTION FOR TREATMENT FOR WHICH WE HAD TO VISIT VELLORE FOR TREATMENT.
FOR WHICH WE HAD SPENT SO FAR SPENT RS. 2000/- FOR MEDICIN BESIDES TO AND FRO CHARGES FOR VISTIGN VELLORE.
THE ACTUAL EXPENDITURE MAY INNCREASE TILL MY SON IS CURED OF SKIN DISEASE.
IF TIKONA IS PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION THEN IT IS EXPECTED THAT THEY REALISE THE MISTAES THEY HAVE COMMITTED FOR AGRESSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL INSALLTION OF HTEIR SYTEM, AND THEY SHALL SOTP THEIR TACKTICS FOR HARASSMENT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE BY SENDING FALLS SMS, AND FORCE FULL INSTALLATION OF THEIR SYSTEM AS SOURCE OF EXTRCTION OF MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE.THEIR SYSTEM
IN MY CASE, THEY HAD INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM WITHOUT M PERMISSION. IN MY PROFILE, MY MIDDLE AMD LAST NAME IS WRPMG, EVEN MY RMAIL ID ALSO WERE WRONG.
SO FAR, THEY HAVE CLLECTED FROM ME RS.1100 FOR THEIR DEFANCT SYSTEM.

I have not received any response form Tikona to my complaint dated 31st March 2017 and April 8 2017 .

It is therefore requested that Tikona shall respond to the complaints referred above, immediately.

Delay in resolving this long issue and settling of the financial matters shall be fully attributed to Tokona, .

THE COMPLAINT IS NOT YET REOLVED. RESOLVED- IS ONLY TO INDICATE THAT THE FORUM HAS INFIRMD TIKONA REGARDING THE COMPALINT.
To day at 17:58, you have inform us the technical problem has been solved.
While we have to check the same. you accept the fact that the system you installed was in defunct condition since 27th jan 2017.

At the same time you have given SMS for payment of over due payment of Rs. 471.77, otherwise you may not be provide uninterrupted service. Please clarify whether you expect that we have to pay for your defunct system.
.In this regard I would like to inform you that we don't want to continue with your services because of lack of services and medical issues related to bad installation of your system by your personnel..

we are therefore request you once again to remove your installation immediately.

And your team has declared that the amount they have collected from us is the final bill from their side.

Tikona shall understand that their system were defunct since two days after installation and we were not using their broadband system. Hence they have to return us back Rs. 500/- illegally collected from us by their team., either through post office or through money transfer to bank,

Under the above circumstances no more visit of their personnel are required to visit our house.

    Company has a policy of asking waiver for non usability period which has to be asked after billing has been generated. due date of bill was about to over when I got called from tikona accepting waiver of 50% bill and suggested me to go for prepaid plans and asked me to deposit 1175 rs. (175 for due amount and 1000 for migration). the all stuff has been made on 24th feb 17. 26th was last date of payment of bill or else new bill will be generated. so I contacted customare care and got assured that waiver has been made and plans will be migrated once you make the payment. I made the payment through airtel money though in airtel apps the transaction was successful but in tikona the transaction was failed and hence I waited for next day i.e 26th feb'17 for updates. I was getting n nos. of call and messages from tikona for clearing my dues. so I contacted customare care informed that my transaction was failed when I paid through airtel money what further shall I do for which they informed me that In there website no details of payment has been made and so I need to contact with airtel money and I need to make payment of my dues amount. I though the amount with airtel money will get reversed and so I treid making payment with paytm .twice the same error happened on online transaction with paytm also .for that I again contacted high official of tikona for which they assured me that if excess payment if made by you will be refunded to you. and getting assurance I made another payment without using third party website and it shown me that transaction was successful and after a day I got confirmation from the tikona that another two transaction of Rs.1175/- also was made successful.

    Hence I ended up paying 1175* 3 =Rs.3525 extra. I mailed to customare care for refund of extra amount paid by me for which tikona executive first told me their is no policy of refund and after so many mail and telecon they agree for refund.

    now the issue is that tikona is telling to fill the charge back form from the originating bank and the excess amount will be refunded to me.
    I informed several time that I had made payment through third party website by adding money from yes bank credit card for which tikona executive asked me to get the information of money refund from the paytm and airtel money apps. we can't do anything with reference to third party payment.

    Now they are delaying my refund process and now they are creating dispute on refund amount. Instead of refund amount of Rs.3525/- they are telling I have a credit of Rs.3210.01/- excess in my account.

    Sorry I mean to say I had received partial payment after deducting all the dues which Tikona had promised for 50% waiver.
    After the so much interaction I was fed up and was irritated of calling Tikona and unfortunately I ended up reviewing from Tikona. As for me the amount was less but harrasment and time lost was much more than that of money.

      To whom it may concern,

      I am one of the frustrated and highly inconvenienced Tikona customer. These people have ensured being a continuous pain since last September (2016). Firstly their services starting inturrupting and gradually stopped. My complaints were never followed up, and they always called during the time I specifically informed that I was unavailable throughout the week. They conveniently do not contact through emails which seemed the middle way out and ultimately left me with a frustrating internet service all the time.
      I contaced through all the means, social media messengers, emails, to which we only get the system generated emails with some complaint numbers which are never follwed up by them. Their customer care(claiming to be 24x7) do not respond after 7. And most of the things are managed on IVRS, which are again frustrating during such times.
      SO MY POINT IS, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT APPROACHABLE AT ALL.

      My complaint was conveniently ignored and still I paid the September month's bill. October came and the service continued to be horrendous, until a day, someone in my neighborhood informed that they have removef an operating tower in my locality. This is ridiculous as they didnt bothered to inform me of this as a paying customer.
      SO THE POINT HERE IS, CHEATING

      After much follow up, I refused to pay further bills from October onwards, to which they are chasing, but not bothered to further action my complaint. Somehow, upon inbetweens communications, they processed to cancel my connection finally, in the month of January this year.
      Further these guys are now chasing for the the unpaid bills, which I morally refuse to pay as I haven't received the service against that. I tried to complain with every authority at their's, but these people just take the things seriously and just follow their own rules.

      I REFUSE TO PAY ANY FURTHER COSTS TO TIKONA.

        I have requested them to discontinue my broadband account on 15th Feb 2017 and I have already paid them till 26th Feb 2017.

        At the time of disconnection, I asked them, do I need to pay anything or any refund in my account? They said nothing to pay as you are already paid till 26th Feb 2107.

        Now on 2nd March 2017, they email me the regular bill of Rs. 862.50, SMS me that amount of Rs. 166.07 pending. Two different kind of communication from the company :)

        When I asked them on hotline why those charges, they are telling me that since you canceled the plan we will charge for 7 days. Whereas i was 11 days overpaid at the time of cancellation and even they deduct 7 days, they should refund me for remaining 4 days.

        Really, a loud company with un-sensible customer support guys, who will just read what is written and will never understand customers. This is what I get after being their customer for 5 years and somehow managing with their below average services.

          I had requested tikona to disconnect my internet connection (User id: [protected]) over mail to tikona on 7th feb on the following mail id :[protected]@tikona.in and also by calling so many times.
          I got an automated reply from tikona from the following id : tikona. [protected]@tikona.in, informing me that my request no is 1-[protected]. And 1-[protected].
          Also called to tikona customer care lots of time with 2-3 ticket numbers for disconnection.
          I will be getting a call from tikona customer care to guide me with the disconnection. On 28th feb, i called tikona customer care again asking for update on disconnection.
          However i was informed that i will have to wait for 7 days to get my disconnection done. They were asking same question why to disconnect though i have answered them lot of time.
          Today i got one email that no bill charge is there from 17th feb 2017 though i requested for disconnection on 7th feb 2017.
          There is no where mentioned about disconnection confirmation and device collection.

          I am not using this tikona connection from past one month when i raised the first disconnection request on 7th feb 2017. Till now not hearing anything from there end. For me it is urgent as i am moving from this place, but these tikona customer care people are making fun of it and not seriously taking any action for disconnection. I never seen this kind of customer care behavior from any other company.
          Can you take an action immediately and send disconnection confirmation email with sending your people to collect devices.

          Thanks for sending the disconnection email with all the details after so much of disconnection request. But the number you have provided in the below email chain is not working.

          This number "[protected]" is not working and says temporarily disconnected.
          So are you providing this kind of disconnected number to the customers intentionally. I have mentioned your email chain below with the number which you have provided.
          Can you please give me a correct number of your authorized representative from Hyderabad India only and who can be reachable.
          I want it very urgently.This time please give correct number who belongs to Hyderabad India only.
          NOTE: I am requesting for disconnection from 7th of feb and one month over where no action has been taken from your end. This is the final reminder.

          Service disconnections has been initiated for Your Tikona User ID [protected] as per your request.
          You will not be able to use the Services now.
          The account will be closed on receipt of CPE by the Company in workingcondition and settlement of all balance outstanding. Penalty/damages ifapplicable will be charged in the final bill towards breach of terms ofservice. In such an event including a case where the modems are deliveredby the subscriber in non-working condition the company would charge thesubscriber Rs. 1 500 per modem not returned or returned in non-workingcondition towards penalty / damages for breach of the terms of service.This is applicable for all plans.
          We shall compute and intimate you within 15 days your final payableamount against above Service account. You will not be charged anyRecurring/Rental charges after the Final Bill period in which usage is seenor request for Service disconnection was registered (whichever is later).             I have complained about resolving query as they putted my plan d grade service
            as they have claimed that your area is non feasible ...but i want to ask that how can they do that as at that time i can able to get 4 Mbps inuff speed...now i cannot able to getdue to d grade 0.70 mbps sometimes and maybe some times loading problem of page... just plz help me out

            They have putted my plan d grade service and also if we need customer technical support due to fixing problem then they told we can not do that you are on non feasible area we can not able to provide u service b4 putting d grade i was able to get 3-4 Mbps speed now i cannot do even login properly...plz help me out i feel dissatisfy...just help me out by providing proper service and satisfaction.

              20/01/2017 & 25/01/2017 . but he not disconnect our connection .

              when i take this connection then tikona sale person say, i give good connection with better internet speed then after i open a shop for form fillip,
              but i have not reach a good internet speed & connection then after many many call do for complain but company person say i dot it but speed & Connection not good, i do 01 year counting work for this company but same issue all over year, i have many registers complain in her call centre .

              today this company send a demand notice, and i have problem how solve it...

                I did a very big mistake that taking a internet connection from Tikona.

                I took the 10MBPS connection - Plan Name: ADBBM3M550,

                User Id - [protected].

                I noticed that I am not getting the expected speed.
                You tube video is in buffering state.Images not loading, simple song cant be played online properly.

                I requested Tikona on 26th Feb - (Request Number 1-[protected] )
                that my net is not working since last 3 days, i got the answer that Technical engineer would visit within 24hrs, Next day man visited but he was not able to solve the issue which took more than 2 hours to do, after that he said tomorrow another engineer will come and he will solve your issue, and guess what no one came on the next day, instead of continues contact with the technical team.

                In the evening, i got a call from your side that engineer will come on next day again and he will look for issue. Engineer came and did nothing, he just sat outside our house for 5 mins and went, i can show you because i have CCTV installed at my home and i can see it clearly he did nothing.he sat for 5 mins and went. this is what service you provide.

                Your technical team which attends call are really worst, they only ready the scripted text and they don't know wht to say beyond that.

                I have paid two months payment in advance, i want my money refund back or i will go through legal procedure because i have all CCTV clips, call records, mails and request details as my prove.

                  I have raised a request for address change on 22/10/2016. Due to feasibility issue, it was not possible to shift connection to new address hence I have raised a request to close the connection.

                  On 24/10/2016, Mr. Nitin Patil (Collection agency name: ATS, ID: [protected]) had collected all the CPE/Modem and all accessories in working condition and given me receipt for the same and told me that all the procedures are done from my side.

                  Billing cycle for my account is 7th of every month and tikona collect advance rental. Connection was totally disconnected as on 24/10/2016 as there was no active device at my end. Hence, I am not liable to pay anything to Tikona. Also, I have submitted CPE/Modem and all accessories in working condition hence not liable for termination charges also.

                  In the month of Dec 2016 and Jan 2017, I have received call from Mr Harish ([protected]) asking about CPE/Modem and all accessories and I told him that same has been already collected. He then asked that do you have any receipt and I informed him I do have receipt if he want then he can come and check the same.

                  In the month of 13th Feb 2017, tikona send me bill of Rs 1500 for termination charges for not submitting the CPE/Modem and all accessories. I have contacted customer support and provided them all the relevant documents (Service Request No- 1-[protected]). Customer care told me that there is no due from your side and we will revert back the charges.

                  On 2rd March 2017, I have received mail from tikona that there are no dues from your side.

                  On 3rd March 2017, I received call from Tikona Legal Dept from number +91 [protected] threatening me to pay the bill or else we are sending summons. When I tried to explain my case call deliberately disconnected from Tikona side.

                  I again called customer care regarding the issue and customer care officer Mr Nikhil told me that I need to send mail. I told him that I have already sent mails multiple times with all the support. I asked him to provide Appellate authority no then he said that there is no such authority. Tikona do have appellate authority but only email address have been provided on site with fax number but customer care executive are not ready to provide information.

                  I have raised new service request 1-[protected].

                  Tikona is threatening customers to pay incorrectly charge bills and not taking actions against their default hired agencies.

                  Please note that I am not eligible to pay any dues to Tikona from 24/10/2016 and same should be acknowledge by them immediately.

                  This is another bad from Tikona. Regular harassment of customers is the real business of them. Such complaints related to service providers should be resolved in fast track courts as it really gives frustration to the customers.

                    I requested for a disconnection on 7th of the february 2017.But they didnt register my request. {Note that the billing cycle starts from 7th of each month and also I was not using the Net]
                    Then when I got a message on 13th about payment of the bill. I complained about it . That day they registered my complain. Then a spree of calls started - "Why are you disconnecting?", "Sir We have a offer!", "Blah! Blah!" . I told them I dont need any service, please remove my connection. Today as of 3rd March 2017 they haven't removed my connection plus they are continuously asking me to pay the bill.
                    I haven't used even a single GB of data of this month, so why should I pay the bill? and why are these people not disconnecting my service. I am so harassed by these people. They call nearly everyday. I tell them everyday, I don't want to use it. Still they are not processing the request.
                    I just want my service to stop. Also I wont pay even a single rupee.

                      I had a tikona connection which i was using from many years, and regularlly i used to have connectivity issue last november 2016, and i had asked them to disconnect my connection but coustomer care request me that she will look ino the matter and it will be solved and give her a month time otherwise she will disconnect the connectio.n i made it a point to regular phone them for the problems in 20 days roughly 10 times their representive visted my place but next day the same problem used to arise. then i have requested them ti disconnect the connection but on hearing this over phone they would disconnect the line, now they have raised the bill of Rs 1800/- on me and sone local goons from delhi court are calling me phone no [protected]--[protected]------[protected] and many more nos and giving me threating and using abusive language and for that i have complained to tikona 3 times over mail - and when my lawyer is calling them they are not picking up the phone. please help me what to do

                      Yesterday i have received a call from your customer care phone no[protected] at 12.34 pm, regarding the due payment of my connection no [protected], for which she was asking Rs 1000/- only if i continue the connection and for which i had agreed to pay 20 days of internet service which even i should not liable to pay, that also in which 8 times your engineers visited by place to rectify the connection but nothing happened and asked her how could i continue the service where connectivity is very poor. when i told her about the phone call which i am receiving from various person from tikona side, she replied me that" we give the number to the various agencies to call to he person and demand the money " i hope you people record the conversion between the customer, so kindly go through the talk once again, since now tikona has started giving threatening calls to customers.

                      If you people are interested in settling the bill then you can send your representative and please stop doing this abusive phone calls not only to me but to others also.

                        I am an ex user ( From Virar ) of your tikona Wi-Fi services. Sadly due to very poor service contact and no co-operation I had disconnected the wifi cable from my router. As whenever I used to call up your customer care I was told the man will be here for repair and he didn't show up for a month. So I switched to other service provider.

                        Now after a month I am constantly harassed with multiple calls and repeated messages stating I have used the net; which I haven't. I have also been threatened to be taken to police and to court.

                        Just wanted to inform you about such lewd behavior of your employees. Look into the matter.

                        With serious disappoint I am writing this mail to you, and yes I refuse to pay the bill as its against my morals to pay for something I haven't used and after this bad behavior I'm sure no one would pay.

                              I had requested Tikona to disconnect my internet connection (user id: [protected]) over mail to tikona on the following mail id :[protected]@tikona.in. I got an automated reply from Tikona from the following id : Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in, informing me that my request no is 1-[protected] and I will be getting a call from Tikona customer care to guide me with the disconnection. On 28th Feb, I called Tikona customer care asking for update on disconnection.However I was informed that I will have to wait for 7 days to get my disconnection done (I asked the reason for which, I got a rude reply telling that its the company policy). Also he informed that again I will be getting a call from some other Tikona representative. Today I got call from Tikona asking me the reason for disconnection. I informed them the reason and post that the tikona representative immediately disconnected the call without saying anything.

                              I am not sure why there is a delay from Tikona is disconnecting my connection. I am not using the Tikona network anymore and I don't want to end up paying money for a service which I am not availing.

                              Kindly disconnect my connection at the earliest and give me an email confirmation for the same.

                              I am yet to receive any positive response from you on my disconnection request dated 27th Feb, 2017. I got multiple calls from your senior desk representatives (1 person claimed her Tikona employee id is 4545 and another person Priynaka) . they asked me reason fro disconnection which I have informed you guys atleast 10 times before over phone and mail from registered mobile number/mail id. The moment I tell the reason your representative just cut the call without any further explanation. This is totally unethical behavior from Tikona . Not able to understand why my disconnection request is still not acted upon (user id :[protected])
                              Dear Tikona,

                              I already asked you to terminate my connection as on 27th February. Even now I am yet to get confirmation on disconnection even after repeated calls to customer care and mails to [protected]@tikona.in. And the funniest part is today I got mail from Tikona asking me to pay bill for billing cycle (26th Feb to 25th March).

                              Please disconnect my connection at the earliest without any further delay and give a mail communication for the same.

                                  This is regarding the Worst Customer Service provided by Tikona. Especially it’s so called Floor supervisors.
                                  This is a Sequence of worst customer service by Tikona.

                                  • I had a account with Tikona in Jan 2016, which I closed after very very bad service. However took another account choosing to forget the previous experience. The account number for this is XXXX.

                                  • I had called in Sep 2016 (around 18 Sep 2016) asking for my account to be cancelled from phone number-XXXXXX. I was transferred to another agent who tried telling me to keep connection, transfer it somebody when I clearly told that I am leaving country. After talking for some time, the customer service, finally told me that they would cancel my account.

                                  • I called again on to confirm if its cancelled around 27th Sep from same number and was told it would be done. I told them clearly my phone would not be reachable.

                                  • On 29th Sep 2016, I called again from a different number- XXXXXXX, as I was going overseas and surrendered my other number and told them to cancel the connection. I was told it has been done. I informed them to come and check and confirm if I need to pay anything as I cleared my bill and was told all is clear.

                                  • I confirmed on the same day I am leaving the country now and the wire has been disconnected and the device in my home has been disconnected. I was told the device in my house is mine and no payment is required.

                                  • I called again around 2nd and 9th Oct again from XXXXXXX to confirm if my account is closed was confirmed it was and nothing to pay.

                                  • Since I somehow could not believe Tikona’s world class customer service, my family member kept calling to confirm if the account is closed from phone number -XXXXXX and YYYYYY and ZZZZZZZ to confirm if account is closed or not and any payment is due. This was entire month of Oct 2016.

                                  • I called again in Nov 2016 to confirm if the account is closed and any payment due was told no payment due. I called from XXXXXX.

                                  This is the part from where the bad customer service gets worst.

                                  I had come down to India to attend a family death and I got a call on my phone number[protected] on 24th Feb 2017 from a lady Neha in Delhi saying he is filing a case in court at 3:00PM on behalf of Tikona. The call was received at 2:00PM. She said I have to pay Rs.1000 to Tikona immediately.

                                  This lady was rude and was threatening on the call and was not ready to provide or listen to any details.

                                  I called Tikona immediately from phone number XXXXXXX and a very nice customer service lady representative (the only helpful person at Tikona who should be immediately promoted) was understanding and helpful and checked my details. She looked into my account, asked me if I had ever called from a different number and took my previous number and checked that I had called from YYYYYYY around 18 sep 2016 to end my connection and I had called in Oct also. She acknowledge that it was a mistake and assured me it would be sorted, when I asked speak to a supervisor, she told me that tikonoa has no supervisor. (A lie). On insisting she transferred me to a floor supervisor Nazreen.

                                  Worst Supervisor number 3 (Ranking backwards).
                                  Nazreen spoke to me for 45 mins and assured me that it’s all mistake and I wont receive any more calls and it’s a mistake by collections department. She also checked with me on the devise which I clearly stated has been disconnected and was bought by me. Which she confirmed. She gave me personal commitment that it will be sorted. When I asked a written confirmation she said she can’t do it and this argument continued when the call was disconnected.

                                  No call back from Nazreen till now.

                                  I got a call again from Neha threating me at 4:00pm on same day. When told her that I have spoken to Tikona and Nazreen supervisor has confirmed the same, the lady Neha was rude, threating and said “Tikona will say like that, but you have to come to court now and get all these supervisors to court”.

                                  I again called customer service and asked to speak to Nazreen and was told she is busy in a meeting, when I insisted, my was transferred to a Accounts supervisor named Chaitanya

                                  Chaitanya – Worst Supervisor number 1 (worst of the lot).

                                  Mr. Chaitanya straight away said you outstanding of 650 you have pay and kept repeating it like a parrot. In fact instead of trying to understand the situation he tried to blame it on me saying you have used it after disconnection call. You have to pay. Call disconnected.

                                  I called again and spoke to a supervisor Harsh or some name like that.

                                  Worst Supervisor number 2

                                  This gentlemen is a copy of Chaitanya. Kept going around in circles, told me Nazreen has left for the day, he can’t see any records of my calls to them, infact Nazreen has left no notes regarding my 45 min conversation with her. He told me he cannot access any information and he can’t transfer to supervisors as there is no supervisor or manager above him. The only person who is great enough to talk to is Chaitanya. He told me Nazreen has left for the day. He said he has no records of my call to tikona before 29th Sep 2016. This gentlemen finally said he will call back after listening to all calls with call quality team and he cannot do anything right now.

                                  Feb 27 2017.
                                  I received no calls till Monday morning or any response from Tikona. I had to call back and this time I spoke to another supervisor Anil. The customer service agent transferred the call to him, without telling him anything about the whole issue. In fact he was looking for an information for me and transferred suddenly (another example of bad customer service and lack of call quality ethics)

                                  Worst supervisor 4 (better of the lot, but basically gave false commitment like others hence made it to the list)

                                  Mr. Anil, like other great supervisors at Tikona went first into same loop and gave same information about due amount of 650. Finally with lot of difficulty a brain wave hit him (which the agent I spoke to first on 27 Feb 2017 was able to do so effortlessly, guess it’s a matter of intelligence or lack of it) asked me if I had ever called with different telephone numbers.
                                  When I told him the different number, he looked and hopefully saw the issue and told me he will get me a call back from his supervisor, since all other supervisors have not helped me he will get me a call back from his manager within 4 hours.

                                  No phone call received till now. (More than 24hrs)

                                  Feb 28 201.

                                  At 1:20pm after waiting for more than 24hrs and no call received, I called again.

                                  I spoke to a customer service agent Priya who when I asked to speak to Anil said legal calls have been stopped. On my instance she said she will transfer call to a new supervisor, shabaz but transferred the calls to Nazreen instead.

                                  Nazreen told me she has sent an email to back end team and legal team and got a response saying my account has not been given to legal at all.

                                  This the high point, so according to Nazreen, I mad and making up that I received a legal call for Tikona.

                                  I as customer had to ask Nazreen what is the account number on the email she sent to her legal team and behold and the truth shall revel, she after talking to me for 45mins on 27th Feb, sent email with wrong account number. Infact the customer service agent who spoke to her was looking at right account, but when call went to Nazeen with even bothering to verify information and asking any probing questions (open or closed to understand customers problem, which are part of basic customer service training) assumed and gave wrong commitment and is very proudly informing me that she told me information based on what was showing on her screen. She was not even apologetic for the blunder she has done.

                                  Things come out this. The first agent who initially transferred the call to Nazreen was able to probe and get the other account details through my phone number and check everything, while Nazreen did not even bother to gather information on customer issue from her own agent on customer issue and spoke and gave false commitment and sent emails for wrong account. Secondly assumed information flashing on her dialer (as per her) was the account I was calling for and spoke to customer for 45mins without checking with customer or verifying details. Shows lack of training or concern by supervisors.

                                  Nazreen this time has acknowledged that she has some one above her as her boss and she would get me a call back in 1hr or 4hrs from highest authority.

                                  Again no fixed call back time, wrong commitment since my initial call to them today was at 1:10pm. Its 3:23 pm. No call yet.

                                  The matter is not about paying 650 or 1000 it’s about Tikona’s attitude and harassment and complete lack of apathy and displaying complete disgard of customer. Worst customer service indeed and badly hired and trained supervisors.

                                  No call received from Tikona again.. again a example of Lie and worst customer service. I called Tikona and the agent Keerath says all supervisors are on 1 hour break. And he will get me a call back in 1hr.

                                    Sir, i have registered too many complaints and phone calls for taking regarding no connectivity, but every time they send a engineer and they will say simply we are having a access point and we will resolve in 24 hrs and they will close the complain has resolved and next day I'll start from first, this issue is going on more than 2 months no resolved at last I have changed to act broadband.when I'm having issue nobody called and now for bill paying they are calling many times daily and threatening me and speaking unwanted words to pay the bill of 1040.sir when I'm having problem no one called or resolved and now they are calling many times for bill, this is how they are treating customers, plz save me from this problem.i don't need tikona hereafter just cancel my line, for one day they gave me connectivity only for 2 to 4 hours and balance 20 hrs no connectivity, so I won't pay the full bill.i will pay only half bill and close my connection.please help they are threatening me, and some persons coming to my home and speaking like beating me, please save me and ban tikona for threatening customers, i can produce all the recordings I have spoked to executives.plz save me

                                      Dear Concern,

                                      This is to notify that despite of all the efforts that we tried to sort the disputes with Tikona Services from our side they have shown their true colors by harassing us for the internet usage that was never used by us. I guess there is such a poor management that nobody can win from these illiterate people. Can somebody call keeping a tikona agent in conference and try to listen because i can prove these ignorants of their faults by just talking.

                                      We were struggling for almost 3 months with internet service not working and also to change our numbers in our profile. It was then realized that the device that is fixed on the roof top has gone bad and will take another a month to get replaced. Now, they cannot change device without the phone number that is already registered which we needed to change...nor they can change the number without the internet working.How helpless is that situation and who is supposed to help.Then the services were discontinued on its own and now they are harassing us to pay an amount. I don't understand what, exactly what do i pay for.I am already harassed with them and they are calling and making it more worse.

                                        I am having connection with Tikona since April 16. I am totally fed up with company. Connection speed is totally pathetic and despite so many complaints, they could not solve problem. Now I want to disconnect the connection. Tikona bills in advance. When I called for requesting for cancellation, they said it as bill is generated, even if my disconnection request, I have to pay for full month and bill will not be pro-rated. This is company's policy. This is totally harassment and unjustified.
