[Resolved] Tikona — Internet broadband connectivity and speed issue | |||||
I got tikona internet broadband on 11th Sep 2015 since that very day, I am facing speed and connectivity issue. They have charged me around 2220 rs but internet is not working at all. I called up to customer care numerous times and mailed to them but issue did not resolve. Even i wasted my time and money(around 250 rs in calling to customer care). I asked them to disconnect my connect and refund my money but they did not refund my money. They much tortured me mentally. Kindly take some needful action against them.They are totally deaf of customer complain and charging money for connection. Was this information helpful? | |||||
