[Resolved] Tikona — Internet doesn't work | |||||
Internet is not working fine since I bought the connection. Engineer came to install the tower but he didn't even know how to do that. He had taken the payment without giving me any demo. Internet was not working from last 2 days and it didn't even work properly n single day. Every time they said that they will resolve the issue but its been more 15 days issue had not resolve. They harassed me like anything. As per the engineer I will get the refund when I'll discontinue the connection but today when I called to them, they said that they will not give any refund. Request you to please take the strict action against them as they harassed me a lot and now they are not giving my money.
