Tikona — Internet not working and I want to refund my money RS 2922 (USER ID : [protected]) | |||
Dear Sir, We are facing almost everyday issue in tikona internet everyday its stopped working ( Frequently connect and Disconnect every day) and our all work is depend on internet.Since one Week its not working. Everyday we used to call to your customer care and they always reply that this is the tower issue which will be rectify within 8 hour. Since 6 month we are getting same excuse from Tikona customer care.. So request you to refund my money which I have already paid . We will find other internet provider because if we cannot use it properly than why we should pay for it. Since the installation nobody came to check whether it is the device issue or not . Its my request to refund my money 2922 which I Have paid on 24-Apr-15 (Transaction ID* :[protected]TPC[protected] I dont want to use tikona so please register my complaint and refund my money because there service is really worst.
