[Resolved]  Tikona — Internet service

Dear sir i have taken a internet network connection from tikona network. they charged advance like prepaid connection and after finishe of date they disconnected the service.. i have closed their service and their excutive took all the accesories provided on the time of installation. after that they call and mail me for payment again and again.. also effected my cibil score...

Tikona co. is tottaly a cheating co and his sales persons are liyer.. they promise for a big service and co. provide 0% of commitment. its main problem. it works only one or two days in a month and after complain customercare executive tells that problem is resolved but now another problem is there so wait 24 from now and next day again same. it never worked properly.. its payment mode is advanve and now when i have disconnected, this co. sent me bill and this bill increases day by day.. company person also harashed me and also decreses my cibil score..
