[Resolved] Tikona — Irregular services then unexpected bill and lodging case | |||
Hello Team, I got internet connection from Tikona almost one and half year back . during their service I face problem of connectivity many times. Their response was not proper so I asked them to discontinue service and take equipment. I took another connection from ACT Fibernet. Now 3 days back almost after 5 months (29 march 2016) their person (from Tikona comes and ask for equipment).In this time tikona kept on sending message for paying bill of 1250 which is almost 3 times of the monthly bill.Today I got a call to be present in teeshazari court delhi. I am living in Hyderabad if I go to delhi it will cost me almost 2400 which is double than the amount to be paid.so it is clear that what is the intention of Tikona service. please help me on this I will provide every possible support from my side.
